Ray is the most professional, knowledgeable, polite, and punctual electrician I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many over the years. We have owned a Tesla since 2019 and when we got it we had two 14-50 outlets (to charge the car) installed in our garage for our first Tesla knowing we might purchase a second one later. We ended buying our second Tesla last month. Unbeknownst to us both outlets were installed on the same breaker and immediately overloaded and melted once we plugged in both cars. It could've caused a fire! Our previous electrician installed it incorrectly and illegally. Ray responded to our call within a couple of hours and came out same day (a Saturday) to take a look and give us a quote. We needed a panel upgrade from 150 to 200 amps and new car charging outlets on separate breakers. His quote beat out two others and included stucco and paint which most electricians don't do. We decided to go with Ray and he handled everything from start to finish including permits from SCE and the city. He always responded quickly and clearly communicated the entire process to us. His partner Luis was awesome too, such a nice guy and also very professional and punctual. They both showed up on time each day and swept up and left the area clean at the end of each day. The job is now done and the panel, outlets, and stucco look super clean and our cars can charge at the same time with no issues. Going forward I will only trust Ray with any electrical needs in our home. I can't recommend him enough, he is simply the best!

We just had our panel upgraded and some inside electrical done in the house. We found Ray the Electrician through Next Door. We couldn't be happier with Ray. He does his own work. He just had one helper come on the panel install. He gave us a very reasonable price. He was on time every day he came to do the work. He was honest, reliable and professional. We are very happy with his work. He left everyday cleaning up
and making sure we had electrical for the night. He also had to work around us working from home, and he accomodated us that way too, so we didn't have to call in to work and explain we had no internet or power. Very personable and lives in Simi Valley area. I would definitely give him a 5 Star

We are so happy with the work that was done at our house. We got a new electrical box, full rewiring as none of our outlets were grounded, new outlets installed and recessed lighting. Ray was so professional and knowledgeable. His partner Louie was also fantastic. They went above and beyond to do the work the right way, and were great at communicating through the whole process. I would recommend their work to anyone and am grateful that we found them. We'll definitely hire them again for any future work.

We have been wanting to upgrade our electrical panel since November of last year, but our contacted electrician seemed to have his hands full to date that we can't wait any longer. I even looked at HomeAdvisor (Angi) & was quoted high, so I was a little leery. Until one day I just happened to stumble on C&S website and started contacting them for quote. Ray immediately returned my call even it was on a Sunday afternoon.

I sent all the information he needed via text message & he already had my quote in my email that night. Without much time wasted, I signed him up for the job and immediately got us scheduled for that Saturday. They were really punctual and efficient that they got it done in no time. He scheduled the city inspector and got everything finalized/ approved. I ended up recommending him to my co-worker's sister who also needed some electrical works done to her house. Highly recommended!
