I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I traveled to the agreed upon location and waited for approximately 2 hours, but he never showed up. I called and texted his office, but there was no immediate reply. His office eventually responded to say that he was busy and couldn't make it. They rescheduled the appointment for that afternoon. I again traveled to the agreed upon location and again waited for over an hour, but he again didn't show up. I called and texted his offie again, but there was no immediate reply. He eventually called me late that day and seemed to be laughing on the phone as he apologized for not showing up. I wasted over 4 hours of my day driving to 2 separate appointments, neither of which he showed up for or called ahead to let me know he wasn't coming. If you're not going to show up for your appointments, at least have the courtesy to call ahead to cancel.

Very happy with CS Electric, and they are my go-to for electrical work. I've had them do several repairs involving outlets and switches, as well as having them wire up a 220V service for my EV charger.

Caio responds quickly to requests, comes out very quickly, and is transparent with pricing. He will quickly send out an electronic quote / estimate so that there's no misunderstanding about price and scope of work. I also appreciate that his work is neat and clean ... clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

I need to get ev charger permit for my solar project. So started my project with Caio because he is pretty responsible and accessible during entire processes including Installation, update and inspection. He took care of all processes needed for permit application and inspection. On Inspection day, Caio came earlier and prepared all things perfectly for city inspection. What a good followup and good experiences with CS electric.
