Wow! This owner is a horrible person! I contacted him off his website which looks like a 6th grader designed. He didn't answer my phone call, so per his unprofessional voicemail, I texted him. I asked what the difference was between his parts and upgrade kit on his website and the kit from his competitors. He replied saying he is ""Cruzin cooler upgrades"". (Which I obviously understood). I then asked him to answer my other questions, kindly. .... No response.

So I call the The guy on his cell phone which is his business number as well and asked him if he could once again give it another shot at explaining the differences between his upgrade kit and his competitors. He proceeded to tell me how he is different and his kid is different but very similar. He said it in a snarky tone and with extreme hostility. At this point My iPhone had 1% left and we got disconnected. If my phone wouldn't have died I would've hung up on him anyways. He then proceeded to be a smart Alec and text me stating ""our kit my kit which is different than his kit"".

I texted him saying that his approach is childish and he texted me back a very shocking and racist text message. ""He stated buy from them, mine is way better but your band nigg*."" I was in complete and utter shock as I am aware of how Cruzin coolers can bring families together and be a family activity this guy is by far not a reputable business owner nor is he professional by any means

Tom the owner has been messaging me on yelp threatening me and sending very prerogative language. He's disgusting and pathetic.
