Dont be fooled by Glen's very kind demeanor. He will not return phone calls or follow up in a timely fashion.

These guys were awesome I had lost my AC unit and they replaced it The cost of replacing the unit was very reasonable They are very professional and did a grade A job I'd recommend them for any kind electrical work

These people don't return phone calls, I had a pump to be repaired I called a week and a half later after they looked at the pump, they had done nothing about getting the part I needed

Black-out in the living room the day before Thanksgiving. I called C+C and Stephanie talked me through some DIY steps. Alas, I needed electricians.
THey called and gave me an arrival time and arrived ON TIME. The job got done in about two hours, cost $275, this is a licensed and bonded business, and they were on their way. Stephanie had given me an estimate, so I knew the price. Oh, check preferred, not sure if they take credit cards.
The electricians were all business, not especially friendly, but I have friends. I wanted the job done and done right. That they did.
I would call them again.

If you need any electrical service Cruz and Cruz will come get the job done with outstanding quality and service. The guys who worked on my house were so friendly and professional. Stephanie at the office was also terrific. I'm very grateful.

Excellent, fast, clean work on a fairly complicated job. Glenn quoted an extremely fair price, found an even better piece or equipment that originally agreed upon, and Pedro and Lito installed it with circuit rerouting with no muss or fuss; five stars!

Ok, I booked an appointment with Cruz and Cruz, they came out (on time), did my service with a smile and professionally. If you need electrical, this is a professionally ran and engaged company. I couldn't be happier with the service. Jeff and Peter were my technicians and they get my highest rating! Calling into the office is a pleasant experience as well. I will be referring them to my clients and friends.

I don't know why people are complaing. I don't speak Tagalog. I have no problem speaking to them. Anyways, if you want something done right with code, you call an licenced and bonded company. As most people know, a company will cost more than a handyman (15-25hr+). They have to cover the field staff, all of their insurance and what it cost to run the office. It can go anywhere from 100-500+ an hour. Not everyone has the same price.
Anyways, they always give me a bid along with telling me what's additional will cost. I'm happy with their work. These people are really nice.
I feel bad for those who has a bad experience, as for me, I'm happy with them.

My wife wanted a certified electrician to make our floor electrical boxes safe after putting in new hardwood floor. When they inspected them they told my wife that all that was needed was longer screws in the faceplate. She asked, ""Is that safe? Does it need a new box of something?"" The electrician said, ""yeah that's safe. All you need are longer screws."" This is not correct. There should never be combustible material exposed to the wiring inside a junction box.
After fighting with their secretary for weeks, their general manager called me back and offered to fix it, but still charge me the initial bill.
I asked him to cancel the bill so that I could have my handyman do it, and do it right. Which he resigned to accept. I'm still very angry with their secretary who balked at how I said how it should have been done, as well as with their electrician who believes that his installation is safe.
I wont be using them nor their rates again.

I've had these guys do at least 4 projects at my house. In fact, they're coming back tomorrow, which is what brought me to their Yelp listing. They've done work from basic (installing a light fixture) to complex (wiring a surround sound system behind the walls of a very old house.) I've been totally satisfied with their work on each of those projects--they've always done the work efficiently and professionally. Surprised to see negative reviews when I've had such a positive experience. I plan to keep using them. If my feelings change, I'll come back and let you know.
