Back in April, we went through American Home Shield to have some of our electrical looked at. They sent our claim to Crown Electric. Initially we had some issues- mainly communication. Our claim wasn't even put through to AHS until a month later by the original tech who came out. I had called every week for nearly a month to get some sort of answer/resolution out of Crown to no avail. FINALLY, after my 4th week of calling I was rescheduled for someone to come out and reevaluate. Ryan was here for nearly 2 hours troubleshooting until he finally found the root of our electrical issue. Although the communication from the office is subpar, Ryan did a fantastic job, had a great personality and helped us understand the issue! I probably wouldn't call them outside of my home warranty, but they finally did a good job!

Very poor customer work. I wouldn't even give a 1 star but it was the lowest I could give. An electrician came to our house close to dark, advised us it was getting to dark to do any work. He stated someone would be back on Monday. After waiting all day , no one ever showed. I called the following Tuesday and was told he shouldn't have told us this , because it has to be scheduled. I was informed he did make out a report and they would check with home warranty to see if it was covered. I told the lady, I'm not sure what he is reporting because he did NOTHING. No help from the company, 2 weeks later, after they received payment for going out and supposedly ""diagnosing "" the problem, they still have not resolved the problem. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, deceitful work, and rude people in the office.

We did a fairly extensive remodel on an older 2 story home which presented some challenging problems. They did an awesome job.
I also have had them respond on an American Home Shield repair and they were very prompt in coming out and fixing the problem.
Ryan was our electrician and David, the owner, came out himself to view the work needed on the remodel.
