This is the second time I've hired Justin. He worked ALL DAY LONG and did not stop until the work was finished. He suggested ways to save money, found some wacky wiring and fixed it to code, and worked in a very conscientious manner. Reliable, skilled, and personable, I would and do recommend him to any friend needing electrical work done.

Read all the reviews and was excited to see someone reputable that people could count on to do their electrical work. we had just completed a major interior remodel (unplanned) after a water slab leak. Having dealt with so many flaky contractors, we were hopeful some final electrical work could be done by Crossno based on the Yelp reviews

But.....no such luck for us. Justin may be great as many point out, but we set up an appointment for him to come to our house and he no showed. No call, nothing.

This is what experienced many times with contractors, so not really a surprise. But just a warning to others. Anyone who no shows while we wait at home, without even a call to apologize or explain something came up, is probably someone you should be concerned about if he does decide to come and do your work

Very happy to have found a great electrician! Justin was great, he fit us in last minute to trouble shoot a faulty electrical outlet that was jeopardizing the freezer we have in the garage that holds all of my husbands prized hunting meats and fish. He was fast, efficient, and obviously knowledgeable. It's also great to support a local of our south Orange County community. We will use him from now on for all of our electrical needs and recommend him to friends/family!

Classy and very reasonable pricing! Loved them, and would give a bonus 6th star if that were an option! Justin was friendly and helpful, and had a very impressive attention to detail.

They replaced all our outlets with just a days notice and did a beautiful job. Every outlet was installed straight, and even the screwdriver line in the screws are all perfectly vertical - I've never seen that before by an electrician and it is an amazing level of detail that gives the whole job a very polished look.

They worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up each area as they moved along and keeping me informed with just the right amount of updates and confirmation of my preferences.

I was impressed before but am now blown away. Justin is amazing and now I'm walking around the house looking for more projects for him!
After leaving my home he called several times to make sure all was well. My paranoid self started imaging a strange smell coming from an outlet and I asked him about it. He dropped everything to come out again, immediately, and verify that the switch was properly installed. Of course it was, and he was so nice /professional about the ""incident"". It was really a level of service you would be pleasantly surprised to get even at the Ritz, let alone from an electrician! Bravo.

If I could give a 6th star I wouldn't hesitate to do so!

Justin is local to Laguna Beach. He does very good work, is extremely considerate and honest. He had to make trips out to our house on two different days (he decided he needed his helper who wasn't available on his first visit) and spent substantial time correcting problems and troubleshooting and only charged us for a total of 2 hours (with no extra charges for the helper). In other words, he charges very fairly, works quickly and only does the work that is needed. Very highly recommended!
