I found Croff Electric based on reviews on Yelp. I needed help troubleshooting a ceiling light that was getting half the voltage it should. I called and spoke with Jeremy. I've never worked with him previously so I assumed we'd set a service appointment for him to come and work on the issue. Jeremy asked a lot of questions and suggested I check a few things I hadn't looked at. He said if those suggestions didn't work to call him back for an appointment. I tried things he suggested and ended up fixing the issue on my own. So, Jeremy didn't know me, spent time with me on the phone and helped me fix the problem myself for free. They don't make many people like Jeremy anymore. I will certainly utilize his services if I need an electrician in the future. Thank you Jeremy!

I haven't had the pleasure to ACTUALLY work with Croff Electric yet, but I am impressed with their customer service just after 1 phone call. I had an issue today with power at my house, and instead of just sending someone out to my house, they suggested calling SoCal Edison first to see if they can fix my issue instead of spending money to have them come out to diagnose the problem. Any company that's willing to do that will have my business now and in the future! Definitely shows their integrity as a company.

Jeremy was a pleasure to work with! He helped with our pre HVAC installation, set up a 240 outlet for an electric stove, and fixed our can lights. He's fast & efficient, and was flexible with our schedule too. We were on a time crunch due to having an induced pregnancy & he's a very personable guy who gave us great advice as first time parents. Croff Electric installed two outdoor outlets for me and did a very clean job at a reasonable price. We had great communication and they addressed concerns I had regarding placement of the outlets. Several months later I called them back out because I was having an issue with my power. Turns out, after troubleshooting, there was an issue with the original installation. They gladly fixed the issue under warranty. If you want an honest electrician at a reasonable rate, look no further.

Jeremy and his assistant arrived on time this morning to install a new over the kitchen sink pendant light fixture for me. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. One of the fuses on my electric panel went out. I flipped it multiple times and nothing happened. In 15 minutes, he not only fixed the problem fuse but he also fixed a fuse that showed signs of deterioration so I would not have to call him out again for the same problem. Who does that? I will definitely use him again for any future projects and repairs.
