Kelly M.The Technician showed up 1 1/2 hrs early then left only to return 3 hrs later than promised. He also wanted a $40 service fee for flipping breaker switch. After arguing how inconvenienced he was, he stated he didn't wanted argue about whether or not he should be paid a service fee his Receptionist failed to advise me of. What a rip off!
John E.Crockett Electric was great all around. Jeandra was very accommodating and the electricians did great work. The job took longer than quoted, but it entailed a lot. Would definitely hire in the future. Plus they allow you to pay with credit card!!!
The Q.I searched long and hard for a good electrician.
I found a good one but he was so booked he referred me to this one.
Crockett Electric took my appointment and sent 2 guys out to troubleshoot the job in a timely manner. The 2 guys were professional and knowledgeable at what they did but I had a feel I was working with guys who were contracted by Crockett....and I tried to avoid contracted workers because it always cost more. The job ended up being expensive but I still can't help but to think because I was working with a third party so both guys would need their cut.
Overall, I think Crockett is a good legit electrician business. However, I wish I could find what Im looking for in home maintenance and improvement services. Its hard to find that old school guy that gives a fair price and do a great job because no one does business that way anymore. However, I would still recommend Crockett because I was satisfied with the job.
