In spite of all of the demand for generators in Houston, this summer, they were able to get out to our place in a reasonable amount of time to give us an estimate. The estimate was reasonable in my opinion, compared to other people's costs and other estimates that I got. We accepted their estimate and were told we would probably have to wait about six weeks to get a new generator. In fact, it only took about 3 1/2 weeks. They came out and brought the new generator and took away the old one. Next, the electricians came out and installed new transfer switches and finally the plumbers came out to hook up the gas. This process took about two weeks. We have our new Generator and it has been demonstrated to work. Chris came out and gave us a tutorial on how to use the generator and how to take care of it if it runs for a long period of time. We are highly satisfied with the service that we received.
