Crisper Electric had a done a great job last year installing the charge box for my electric car. I called them in June to install a remote replacement for my ceiling fan. I was told they were pretty busy and that they could not get to me for at least a week. I said that was fine. It was my understanding that they'd call me when they could schedule me. I waited for two weeks, but never receive a call. I finally went with someone else that came within a day, had a decent rate, was done in no time.

We had to get our home ready for an inspection and had several electrical issues. John was able to squeeze us in due to our needing an inspection before Wednesday after calling them on a Sunday evening, which we were really grateful for. They are super busy! We got text updates about his arrival which was really convenient for me because I can't always answer my phone to chat. We thought we just needed fire alarms installed but it turned out that the DIYer that owned our house before us ended adding to our fix it list. By giving us additional code violations that our original inspector had missed. (Crazy thing, John knew our bathroom outlets were bad and i didn't even mention them!)
John was able to fix the problems and then each additional thing i kept adding on since i had him there (why not!) Lol! So i say give this local business a try, they have definitely earned my business for my future electrical adventures. (With this house i am sure I will run into more!!) So thank you!!

Jon and his team are all great to work with and I highly recommend their company!. I just moved into this area and needed to find a reputable electrician for several home projects. Read the great reviews.

Raquel was very thorough on follow up and even took my calls on off hours and during personal time at a gym...now that's great response! They are all professional, pleasant, hard working, and honest. Great work at a reasonable cost! Doesn't get any better than that.

I had faulty home electrical wiring with sparking throughout which was very hazardous and needed a good electrician to straighten it all out and be sure it was safe. Jon did a great job of straightening it all out where other electricians seemed overwhelmed and could not figure it out.
He corrected wiring and replaced outlets and switches installed dimmers, installed outside lighting and motion detectors, and installed overhead fans. The fans were a tricky installation. Some were high end fans with special installation and needed a knowledgeable electrician.

I am very happy with this group and will be hiring them again for another project. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent electrician and company!

We have been using Jon since the beginning of the year with a big remodel project. He does great work, is very reliable (keeping us up to date with any delays or changes) and has ideas that we have put to good use. I am extremely happy with Jon's work. He completed all of the electrical work that I needed done and saw some things that I never would have known that needed to be taken care of. For instance, I had no idea that my hard-wired smoke detectors were going out but when he mentioned that they would begin to emit a beeping noise even after new batteries were installed, I told him that that was exactly what was happening. He also recommended that I put my porch light on a timer because he noticed that I always left it on. I think that's a great idea and plan to have him come back next week to do the work he suggested. I highly recommend his services to anyone in the area in need of a great electrician.

Had a panic day last Saturday and tried different numbers from my original guy from San Diego. They answered and Raquel was friendly and helpful. She sent Jon right away and he helped us and is still helping us . One thing I always experience in this state is nobody calls back but THEY DO even just to tell me he still is researching he kept me posted on things and that matters a lot.

Im very disapointed because every YELP rating was 5 stars. I sent an email via the website on 12/19/15. It was a Saturday so I didn't figure that I would hear from anyone until Monday. I did receive an email back saying that they got my request and would in fact call me on Monday morning (12/21/15). So about 2 pm I still had not heard back from them so I emailed the company back. I got a super quick response saying they had me on the list but just had been super busy and asked if they could call me in 5 minutes. So far so good.

I spoke with Raquel who was very apologetic and told me how busy they have been because of the holidays. I completely understood and told her that was not a problem and my issue was not necessarily an emergency. She told me that she would have Jonathan call me that evening to discuss what i needed done.

By 12/24/15 I still had not received a phone call back so I emailed back to inform them that I never received a phone call back. The response was ""I am so sorry we have been busy what's your number?"" I responded back with my phone number and said that I did not have time now (Christmas Eve) and asked if I should just call back after Christmas? I never got a response back. On 12/28/15 I emailed one last time asking if I should just make an appointment? As of today (1/8/16) still no response.

Im glad business is good and keeping you so busy that you can't even return a phone call. I'll go elsewhere.
