Good, quality, and PUNCTUAL professions are very difficult to find up the mountain, and we've had a nightmare trying to get things fixed in the past by contractors that always seem like they just never want to work. Shaun was great! He was friendly and very competent. I had an floor electrical outlet that was mangled and sparked when I tried to plug a cord in. He fixed it 15 minutes! The company that my warranty company sent out said it was ""a big job"" that probably wasn't covered by my warranty. I will use Shaun for all my future electrical issues.

Shaun really helped us out of a tight spot. We had a weird thing happen where parts of the house had electricity and other parts didn't. In one room the outlets were on, but the overhead lights were out. In the next room it was reversed. I called Shaun Saturday night and explained what was happening. He told me what he thought was wrong, and gave me a quote to come check it out. Came over early Sunday morning, arrived on time, and checked it out. It was exactly what he thought and the price was exactly what he quoted. Really appreciate him explaining everything to me as he did it and showing me where the breakers had failed and melted.

Although he solved our problem of the moment, we do think it is time for an electrical panel replacement. Definitely will work with Shaun to get this work done.
