I contact this location with about a $4000 order. While placing the order I was notified all items were not stock and it would be early next week until the order could be filled. I called in Wednesday of the following week to verify the order could be filled upon our arrival and it was confirmed all items were in stock & the order could be picked up. Our delivery driver returned to the site with the order that afternoon stating several items were still on backorder, In addition numerous items were not accounted for ($800 worth). Several attempts were made to obtain the backordered stock ($250) & missing material ($800). We ended up cutting ties with the location after this event due to management attitudes at the branch. We have been successful in ordering over $100K of material just down the road throughout the past few months.

At Crescent I was quoted $1.63/ft for a length of arctic 12/4 cord on the phone. Another local supplier had quoted me $1.35/ft but since I needed a couple other items and wanted to do just one stop I went to Crescent. After I paid for it I saw they had billed $2.48/ft instead. When I questioned the price difference they claimed they had never quoted a price of $1.63/ft and said they don't do refunds on cut cord. The original salesman also wasn't very friendly, had tried to pass on a wrong part and couldn't figure out how to get their computer to put all the items on one single bill.

I tried contacting a manager without success. I was only able to speak to a Manager by finally asking for information on how to contact their District Manager to file a complaint. The Manager also claimed no one could have quoted me $1.63/ft, claiming their cost was $1.73/ft. I would avoid this outfit.
