We have two ceiling fans that both stopped working about a month ago. I messaged Lights Out Electric and Spencer responded pretty quickly. It's like a breath of fresh air when you find a reliable and honest repair person. Lights Out Electric is now my go to electrical company and I highly recommend them to everyone. Electricity started going out in my kitchen the day before New Year's Eve and I contacted several electricians and left messages. Even though Spencer was on his way out of town, he was the only electrician to call me back. Long story short, he remained in contact with me until he was able to come fix the electrical issues in my house. I honestly thought my electrical issues were going to cost me a small fortune and I'm sure if I didn't find someone as honest as Lights Out Electric, it would have been extremely costly.

I have owned my property in the French Quarter for 26 years. In that entire time, I have not had any electrician who is as good as Lights Out. Spencer is reliable; he is prompt. You can depend on him to be there when he says that he will be. He is professional; he explains the nature of your problem and what is required to solve it. He is willing to go beyond the regular scope of his duties, as when he wielded a shovel to help my locate an underground conduit. He is honest and extremely fair in his pricing policies.

Spencer and his team were absolutely amazing.
I had an 18 wheeler truck come down our street and take the power lights down, the electrical meter box attached to my property also got pulled to the ground.
I was in complete panic because the property has tenants and now there was no power source on a hot New Orleans day.
Spencer was able to come by and not only reattach the electric meters to the wall, but bring my meters up to code and he took care of securing the permits with the parish. This was a big task but he handled it beautifully and we were able to get our power tuned back on the same day.
If you have electrical problems hire the best you will not be disappointed with Lights Out Electrical.

We hired Spencer and Lights Out to install some extra outlets and to repair a live wire hanging off the back of my house (no idea why that was there). He was always on time, very communicative both by text and phone and cleaned up after himself (they were cutting into wall tile in the bathroom which is messy). Price was reasonable and now it's done.

I needed my Viking stove repaired and I called numerous repair companies and they were unavailable and declined service to me. This company was professional , flexible , courteous and actually fixed my Viking stove. I was ecstatic. While the technician was here, I asked him if he could fix some other appliance problems such as shower thermostat , ice machine and he willingly said he would diagnose the problem . I highly recommend this company to anyone because those big company only want big jobs and don't care about their customers and only about their pocket books. A small job can lead to big jobs. Lights Out Electric is the epitome of what a repair service company should conduct business. I will definitely keep this company in my favorites and surely be calling them again .
