We had Fred and team re-do the lighting throughout our front yard. The mushroom outdoor lights that everyone uses in the Bay Area, and which we had installed 12 yeas ago, easily decay and become unsightly. Fred consulted with us and we agreed on replacing everything with fewer spotlights. The work went seamlessly. Fred stayed within his cost and timeline projections. We are tremendously pleased with the results.
Fred has an excellent eye for aesthetics. He made several recommendations, which we adopted, on changes to the vegetation in our front yard to make our house look better. Nothing to do with lighting, but he wanted the lighting system he was installing to illuminate a good looking yard!
We are very pleased with Fred's work. We would recommend him highly.

Fred and his entire team did a wonderful job with our lighting. Fred is so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, whether phone, text or email. His team always arrived on time, worked very quickly, neat, efficient and professional. Fred added can lights throughout our hallway and one guest bedroom. In three other rooms, we had existing can lights with old halogen bulbs, he replaced all with LED's. Project cost was absolutely reasonable and if I remember correctly, only took 3 days at the most, to complete. Fred is now my go-to person for all electrical projects.

I am beyond thrilled with the work Fred just completed at my house which was 4 large rooms of can lights, 3 rooms of adding electricity to ceilings and installing fans. His design plans exactly met my needs and wants and the installation was flawless. He also swapped out some lighting so that all the light tones match and flow seamlessly.
Every room he touched seems transformed and more modern looking.
He was so considerate and detail oriented when it came to working in the house; everything turned out perfect. And, literally, the house was cleaner when I came home than when I had left. I couldn't believe the work had even happened it was so spotless.

I reached out to Fred for a quote on a panel upgrade for my new home. Fred was professional and very knowledgeable about his trade. His prices are reasonable but I did not end up working with Fred simply because I needed to get the service upgrade completed sooner than his workload allowed. I can definitely see myself reaching out to Fred again in the future if I have more electrical needs.

I have one word to describe Fred and his crew - PROFESSIONAL. I first called Fred based on a friend's referral and have been a delighted repeat customer. Communication is excellent. Customer service is excellent. Quality of service is excellent.

I first used CLS to ""creatively"" install some track lights in my raised ceiling, exposed beam living room. I wanted the lights to be installed on the bottom of the beams. Fred cleanly installed the tracks so that NO wires or molding are visible. He carefully drilled an 18"" long hole through the beam so that the track appears to be powered wirelessly!

I also had Fred do a ""big"" job - upgrading our electrical panel to 200 amps. Again his work was performed timely and meticulously.

An added bonus - they clean up after themselves at the end of each workday! A broom and vacuum cleaner are important tools for CLS.
