They come out super quick and are very efficient. Have used them twice and have been very happy both times. Call outs seem to be a minimum of $175 which is a little steep from my experience if you are only getting 1 small thing done so just be mindful. We were very happy each time though and will continue to utilize their services.

Same day emergency service. Had to fix a surge we had in the house due to overloaded breaker. Came, found the problem quickly and fixed. Reasonable pricing as well. Would definitely use them again!

I had an emergency one night at about 7 pm. On a recommendation, I reached out to Jeff. I explained that our master breaker was tripped and that there was no power in the house. His response was, ""I'm just going to finish walking my dog, and I'll be there."" I think maybe it took him 30 minutes to arrive. He promptly diagnosed and quickly corrected several problems with wiring on a recently installed water heater. Hot water was back, power was on, and Jeff did it for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

They were very responsive (can be rare for electricians). The estimate was scheduled for about a week out and then install was two weeks later, but they set these expectations up front. The estimate was very fair, they showed up on time, were friendly and did great work. I had a Tesla wall charger installed and electric for an old water heater capped off. Very pleased

Chose this company because of the many neighbors who used them and rated them highly. I had panel work to install generator and surge done the beginning of this year (2023). Everyone I talked to prior and after have been great. Office team, techs, mangers, owners. I had lots of questions before, during, and a few after. Here we are a few months down and I had an issue with a breaker that caused my AC unit to go out. We found the breaker was loose and so I called CE. They had same tech come out the same day I called. Took off the cover and re-checked the one and found no issue and rechecked them all. Even walked me through checking each to see they all had the same tension. So it was just some odd freak occurrence that this one partially dislodged (gremlins do love me). They stand by their work and are there to make sure all is good. What more could you ask for. A rock star company for sure! Thank you!!!

Our house had some weird electric issues. One company came out and diagnosed. I called Crawford for second opinion. Crawford told me the first diagnostic was wrong and did a thorough review of what's going on. He worked with my warranty company. Came out several times. Once at night and once in the am. Super professional, very honest, easy to schedule, and knew his stuff. Will be using for all further electrical issues.

Huge shout out to the technicians that came over today. Trouble with the outlets in my garage. They immediately went to the one GFI I didn't know about, reset it and fixed my issue. They were so pleasant and did not charge me (I probably shouldn't say that)! Very much appreciated.

Extremely disappointed, scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come out today and give me a quote, the company called TWICE to confirm our appointment and NO ONE showed up. Waited two hours! Extremely unprofessional, if you can't show up to an appointment how can I trust your work?! Anyone that's asks me about electricians I will be sure to tell them not use this company. Tons of other businesses eager to take my money.
