Huge shout out to the technicians that came over today. Trouble with the outlets in my garage. They immediately went to the one GFI I didn't know about, reset it and fixed my issue. They were so pleasant and did not charge me (I probably shouldn't say that)! Very much appreciated.

Extremely disappointed, scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come out today and give me a quote, the company called TWICE to confirm our appointment and NO ONE showed up. Waited two hours! Extremely unprofessional, if you can't show up to an appointment how can I trust your work?! Anyone that's asks me about electricians I will be sure to tell them not use this company. Tons of other businesses eager to take my money.

Within an hour of calling, the guy showed up. I had seen a spark in my son's bedroom and was distraught. He fixed everything quickly, all while making pleasant conversation. He left when I was calm and assured that everything was ok. It was very impressive how quickly they came for an emergency issue. The price was fair as well.

We had a new porch installed on the house and needed it wired for outlets, lights and a ceiling fan. After getting quotes from several companies we chose Crawford. They arrived right on time, installed the wiring, etc and even added some extra at no additional cost. The guys were pleasant, professional and we could not be more pleased with the work. I highly recommend Crawford and will be calling them for all of my future electric needs.

Jeff Crawford runs a very good company. He's done all of our electrical work since we moved to Neptune Beach. From a complete panel install, to moving the mast for city service, to figuring out ""what the heck is this switch for?"" - they've done great work and been very reasonable. They're the first company I'll call when I need service.

If I could give ten stars I would. I had to get a new water heater but it could not be hooked up to my old and dangerous electric panel. I called several companies and it was hard to get someone to come out. One did come out and charged 100$ just for and estimate. But Crawford was here within two days, no charge for an estimate, did a wonderful job and were extremely professional. They have my business forever!
