Craig personally came to our home on an electrical issue in our garage. Craig was on time and prompt as promised. Although he talked a lot, he spoke with knowledge and confidence.

Craig fixed our loose wire in the garage and checked all the connections in the bathroom as a bonus.

Craig was honest and did not try and raise the fee anymore than promised. I highly recommend Craig's Electric for any electrical issue and honest business.

So, so, so happy! On 8/15/15, during the hottest part of this current summer, our electric went out. No A/C and it's over 100 degrees! We called So Cal Edison and they walked us through some some trouble shooting steps. Found out we have 2 to 3 circuit breakers that are faulty or blown. Left messages for 5 electricians to try to get service asap. Only 2 called back. One said not till tomorrow. Craig's said we'll be there in 2 hours. And this was at 7:00 pm! In this heat, the faster the better! John came by, replaced our faulty circuit breakers, checked our main breaker and even helped us identify which breaker goes to what part of the house. He was here for maybe an hour at most. Talk about speedy response and speedy repair! We were able to sleep in cool temperature comfort and continue to hibernate at home in our way cooler than outdoors home. Thank you Craig's Electric and Thank you John, our personal technician. You will be the first company we call if ever we need more electrical expertise!

Craig is great. I called late at night because of a power outage. He called before 8 a.m. the next morning and was at our house by 8:30. Fixed the problem and saved me $ by selling me what I needed rather than an exact replacement.

I have had a LOT of work done by Craig over the years - from installing a new electrical panel, installing an electrical line for a new jacuzzi, cutting a dishwasher in half to remove it from a problematic location, installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. Craig is always nice, professional, friendly and REASONABLE. He doesn't price gouge you - he is always fair. And, he's a local guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've tried calling this company 3 times over the past 10 years, via phone and email. Gave reasonable descriptions of service I was looking for along with return numbers, email,etc. I have never gotten a call back.
