Jessica R.Not only was Jeff early but he was thorough. He found a significant water line blockage which caused leaks and flooding when using the washing machine. Jeff took his time and with patience, determination and skill removed the blockage and repaired the lines, hoses, clamps and valves. I highly recommend Craig Plumbing & Electrical - Jeff and Terry are customer service oriented, professional, personable, experienced, efficient and economical. Hung N.They were called out for an emergency job that took less than 3 hours and a single pipe. When asked for an itemized invoice they refused and then threatened litigation over their pay when that was not what was being debated. They aren't interested in accommodating their customer's legal needs. The pvc pipe they glued in is still working and they assure me they'll repair it if it fails but I doubt they could have messed up gluing a pvc pipe. However I didn't expect them to be incapable of providing an itemized receipt so they definitely surprised me.
Worth considering alternative providers.
