Angeles R.Untrust! Be aware. We call them for an estimate and their explanation for the work and the estimate didn't convince us very much. Reinaldo called later telling that he could get an extra discount and reduce the estimate. My husband accepted and then he received a text by mistake from Reinaldo that was addressed to other person telling that he told the customer the tale he suggested and the customer had accepted the work and he boasted about his success.
Cara R.I made an appointment for a Monday the week before. I had to take the morning off of work to be available. I let them know that it was a condo building and they would be expected to have an insurance certificate to perform any work in the building. He shows up, no insurance certificate, tells me his insurance company will send it to him shortly and never returns, never answers my many calls.
