Ramiro and Estaban came out to check our electrical after we have been going weeks without a garbage disposal. Estaban was amazing and fixed the connection right away! I'm a realtor in the Austin area for 17+ years, have done flips and worked with numerous contractors. It was such a pleasure working with Ramiro. I've had some of my electricians out to look at a problem I was having in my personal home. They made it more complicated than what it was. Ramiro, RAMIRO, Came out and assessed the situation and bam it's fixed!! Really, just like that? Fixed! Yes. Fixed.

A friend referred me to CP after my heating and air guy said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with my AC. The heat pump outside my unit wasn't getting power even though the breaker tested good and there was power at the main panel. The little cut-off box outside near the heat pump had zero voltage and should have read 240 on the meter.
I called CP and explained my situation (no AC in TX!!!!). Ramiro answered, set the appointment, and showed up exactly when he said he would.

I was worried this would turn into a multi-hour/multi-day ordeal ($$$) due to it being a condo and the wiring was running between multiple units with no easy access to check for shorts or possible varmint damage.

After ~15 minutes of troubleshooting Ramiro figured it out by turning off the breaker in my unit and checking the neighbor's heat pump power. Sure enough, that was it, the builder installed power for my neighbor's heat pump from my unit and power for my heat pump from my neighbor's unit! The neighbor had his power off due to remodeling and I had been out of town so I had no idea. Ramiro had run into this before and was able to use his experience to solve the problem without tearing out walls or spending hours in shared spaces tracing wires.

Ramiro was professional, friendly, and personally called later that afternoon to verify everything was still running. I'll give a solid recommendation to anyone looking for a true pro.

Wow!! I can't say enough positive things about CPEC Ramiro and his staff. After Pedernales came out to check my electricity due to flickering and power outages it was determined that the problem was on my side and I needed an electrician ASAP!! Well that was scary but Ramiro had Esteban at my house the next day and by 8am my problem was fixed!!! They explained the problem, how it would be repaired and even did further testing to make sure all the wires and connections were correct. Awesome!! Ramiro also called afterwards in case I had any questions.
I HIGHLY recommend this company for any electrical needs

Everyone needs a good doctor, dentist, mechanic, plumber and electrician. I can now cross at least one of those off my list. We bought a house in Cedar Park several months ago and in setting up our Halloween lights, found that the porch plug (which had worked fine previously) didn't have any power. After spending a couple hours pulling receptacles apart and tracing wires, I decided to call CP Electric and spoke to Ramiro. I explained the problem and asked his rates. He said he could diagnose the problem over the phone. And then did. He could have sent an electrician out and made a little money but instead solved my problem over the phone. Needless to say, I'll be using CP Electric from now on.

I just moved into a home that CP Electric had down all the electric for, they helped me replace all my fire detectors and added a dimmer in my living room. Super responsive by text and phone. Everyone was professional and pleasant to have in my home. Highly recommend!

I called CP because I tried to DIY (never again) my lights in the backyard and front door with motion sensors and it was an epic fail. I gave Ramiro a call on Wednesday and he was able to come on Friday, quick turn around and that is what I love!

Him and his team were super nice and were quick with a simple task. I was a bit nervous about cost because it was hourly, he could have easily taken his sweet time but did not, great first experience.

I will definitely be calling him for more work once we start redecorating .
