When I lost power in the recent ice storm due to a downed line, I was informed I had to have repairs on my part of the circuit completed before Oncor could restore service. I got an estimate from a ""big box"" contractor who claimed that nearly 11k worth of upgrades would be REQUIRED to get service restored.

Ramiro and his crew did needed repairs the same day he came out and saved me over 9k. Turns out I didn't need all the upgrades that other company said would be required. Very nice work too!

CP replaced the breakers on our duplex, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I've worked in customer service for many years and I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism at every step. Leslie was an excellent, proactive communicator prior to the job, and Erasmo, Ramiro & crew were timely, present, communicative, friendly & efficient during the installation. They identified issues on the property that might cause delays & so we could get them dealt with promptly & ensure the job went off without a hitch & power restored ASAP. As a new homeowner, they're first on my list next time I have an electrical issue.

I had a major electrical problem on Friday afternoon. Austin Energy needed to shutoff the power to my house due to a burnt meter lug on the power meter to my house. Potential fire hazard. I called numerous electricians for help. Most never returned my calls. The ones who did respond were not able to do the job until Monday. CP Electric Contractors (Ramiro and Eddie) came to my house early Saturday morning. The did an awesome, quick job. They let me watch their quick, excellent work and explained everything to me. I will definitely contact them first if I have any electrical issues. It was a pleasure meeting Ramiro and Eddie and I highly recommend CP Electric Contractors.

Want to give a shout out to Mo and Christian for the fantastic job they did. Also want to thank Mr Ramiro Garcia, as he gave me some tips to try to ensure my problem didn't have a simple fix. This would have saved me money if it was a simple fix. I'm sure other companies would just come out and charge me for a simple fix. They installed some lights under my kitchen counters and a flood light on my patio. They were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted and offered multiple ways to get it done. Ramiro and Estaban came out to check our electrical after we have been going weeks without a garbage disposal. Estaban was amazing and fixed the connection right away!
