Our water heater went out us on Tuesday and Coyt Handyman Services came out on Wednesday to replace and haul away our old one. Their price was very reasonable and they did a great job cleaning up! I would highly recommend using this company!

Found their services on yelp and called and got service same day! We weren't planning on this project of getting a new fan in, but here we are. They are very nice, responsive, and reliable. Came in to do the work we asked for and they are knowledgeable. He actually found that the old fan wasn't even into the stud and he made sure our new fan would be secure and safe. Fan came out great and now we are probably going to be using them again very soon for some other house projects. So glad we found their services! We are very pleased. I can't recommend Jose and Andy enough, they did an amazing job on our patio and balcony our original was looking so bad it was embarrassing and so ugly, Jose and Andy were so amazing and perfectionist, they were such hardworking guys and so clean, you won't be sorry if you hire them

Had Coyt tear down and rebuilt our patio. Did exactly what we needed. Good strong patio. Reliable work also had great ideas. Also had Coyt install laminate flooring in hall way and bedrooms. Will definitely use Coyt Handyman Service again ..

Contracted Jose Coyt to finish a bathroom project for $1750, just the labor. I supplied all the materials and told him what had to be done. He said he could do it. Unfortunately he was unable to match the texture so he made me pay an extra $400 to redo the whole thing. The work he did was uneven, bald spots, heavy spots, scrapes, the wall next to the sink is even buckling. I provided colored caulk which he used on the shower but not on the toilet. Why? Instead he used white caulk on floor and smeared it 3/4 in out. We agreed that the edge of the tile was to be painted. Yet he decided to smear caulk all over my wall trying to hide the tile edge. His painting skills are marginal. We have wavy lines and mess ups. I had a glaucoma issue the day he finished at 7:30 pm and was unable to look at the work which I explained to him the situation. After seeing his final work I found the issues and gave him the opportunity to come fix them. He refused.
