Matt and Margaret are fantastic! I flipped a single-family bungalow this summer and needed help upgrading a bunch of electrical stuff I knew nothing about. The house was from 1940 and a lot of the wiring was generations old. As soon as they walked in for the estimate they knew what I was looking for. Matt walked me through the house and explained everything he would do to re-wire everything. Margaret contributed to the discussion and tracked everything I wanted done.

The entire project took ~6 weeks; they could have gotten it done sooner but they patiently worked around my schedule. They were willing to work evenings and weekends to get portions of the job done in time, and took time away when I had proprietary work scheduled.

They upgraded features to a modern standard and added some serious flair - they had an excellent ability to communicate the minimum, what they'd recommend, and everything in-between. They were incredibly affordable for the amount of work they put in, and you can tell this is both a profession and a passion for them. They even purchased some fixtures on my behalf, and sent me links to products they recommended throughout the process.

Margaret was incredibly communicative - which was important to me since I couldn't be on-site all the time. They rolled with changes and updates, and tracked everything for invoicing. I could not recommend working with this team more; I understand this was a huge job, but broken into fragments I can say they did stellar wiring, excellent fixture hook-ups, and efficient circuit box replacement. I'll be recommending them to all of my colleagues.

If I could give them six stars I would! Needed a couple ceiling fans replaced and they did them quick, easy, and painless! Best of all it was a great price. Estimate was up front, over Yelp. No need to screw around with someone coming out to give an estimate for a straight forward job. So order your fans from Amazon, get Cowboy Fans to install them, and skip the big box runaround!

PS - I'm a Seahawks fan, but now I'm a Cowboy Fan fan! Lol!

I was referred this company for my buyer selling his property that was on a budget and trying to get the most profit from his home sale!!! Cowboy Fans went above and beyond for both myself and him and did extras to get the home ready that they didn't need to do!!! Will definitely referral buyers and sellers to them for a job well done...

I've been using their services many times since they are fast, reliable and super friendly to deal with. However, I would suggest using a paper sheet for the floor or some cover for some messy work since it can save lots of trouble for others when cleaning up. Weeks ago I asked Matthew to help me fixing my house circuit issue. He did excellent job and all lights are even brighter after he fixed the circuit. However, the floor and carpet are in mess since many things are replaced and debris falls off everywhere. Since it is rental property and I have routine cleaning anyway, it is not big loss for me but some consideration in the future will be really good. I would still use their service in the future. Just draw your attention with 4 star, will revert this review to 5 stars in few days.

Thank you Matt and Margaret. Don't look any further for your electrical needs. A long awaited review, I will always call them for any electrical projects. Great work and even greater rates and honest opinion. You can trust them with closed eyes.
Only thing is sometimes it's hard to get appointment sooner as they are busy and super good. But trust me it's worth while to wait till you get on their calendar.

I met Matthew and Margaret about a year ago for a client that was closing on a home down in IB. Over the past year, we've stayed in touch and they've done some jobs here and there for my clients. We just bought a house ourselves and we were finally able to call them for some electrical work we wanted done. As expected, they were nothing short of incredible. They are a joy to be around, their prices are affordable, and they really know what they are doing. Anytime we hit a little road block due to the design of the house (which you always will), they explained the options and gave us guidance on their recommended resolution. Disappointed by their lack of common courtesy. I called and made an appointment with Margaret after reading positive yelp reviews. She said they had a job near where I lived and would come by between 3-4 on 4/18. I texted a follow up at 4:12pm and again at 4:33pm to see if everything was ok...with no response. To date, I've yet to receive a call or text reply with an apology. Sad story.
