I've worked with Mike twice. First time for a 200A panel upgrade, and second time for a 240V Tesla EV charger and 240V AC unit wiring (indoor and outdoor). I hired Courtesy Electric to do some work at my parents home and couldn't be happier. Prior to contacting Courtesy I had reached out to several electricians on Yelp who had great reviews, but they were either too pricey or unreceptive.

Mike the owner was excellent from the moment I called. I explained to him what I needed and informed him that I didn't live in town. He told me that it wouldn't be a problem, he would go to my parents home, take a look and contact me to discuss what needed to be done if anything and provide me with an estimate. So we scheduled an appointment for the following day, which was great, because the previous electricians I contacted were either booked up for weeks or no-shows.

He showed up on time for the estimate, called me and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I was extremely pleased with his rates, because they were much more reasonable than the previous contractors. On the day of the job he arrived on time, completed the job on time and called me once again to discuss the repairs. He also sent me pictures of all the work.

In all he rewired and installed 4 new motion sensor lights, rewired the AC run, and installed 2 dedicated circuits all at a great price. More important he was extremely honest. I never got the impression that he was BS-ing me or up selling at any time. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable electrician with reasonable rates Mike is the man.

We had a problem with a 220 v plug in the laundry room! It was not working we had to do laundry to get ready for the children's first day of school I called him on Sunday & he could come out in few hours I made a mistake not to make the appointment & hired another electrician which was useless! I called mike back he came this morning & fixed a very complicated situation! I will always call him for all my electrical problems!
