Courduff Electric is absolutely amazing and so reliable! I was in escrow on a condo and on the verge of buying a place that I didn't know had hidden electrical issues. I reached out to Courduff Electric to do an electrical inspection and Billy saved me from buying a defective home! He was so thorough with his inspection and stayed there for over two hours to double check everything and do the calculations. It turns out that the electrical system was so old and outdated that it would have cost me thousands to replace it. He saved me so much money and gave me his honest, genuine opinion. There were missing wires in the walls, a city code violation on the outside wiring, and the electrical system didn't have enough voltage to run the AC and a hairdryer at the same time. In addition, his meticulous report helped me get out of escrow without any fees. I trust him whole heartedly and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy inspection or electrical work! Wanted to add 220V outlet to the garage to future proof it for an EV. They were on time, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and are reasonably priced.
