I used them to repair a heater in the tunnel at my car wash. The tech called me when he arrived to see where the heater was I needed to get repaired, and that is the last I heard from him. I assumed the repairs were done after not hearing anything back after he left, then a day before temp were dropping in the 20's I go to turn the heater on and it doesn't work. After calling back trying to figure out who I was, what tech came out to repair my heater, we find out that the fan motor is seized up. Zero communication to let me know there was an issue with the heater is unacceptable when I am trying to keep hundreds of thousand of dollars worth of equipment from freezing along with PVC pipes from breaking. Two thumbs down.....

I had a smoke detector that needed replacing and a faulty porch light. The techs, I unfortunately didn't get their names, conducted thorough diagnostics on both, fixed, and completed the work very quickly. The techs were very professional and personable. I am very pleased with the entire experience, from making the appointment to completion. I will be calling them for any future needs.

Randy is great to work with, so too his techs. Randy met me on the job for a complete review of what we wanted done, sent the bid in a couple of days and off we went.

Randy sent Josh and Damian to trench, wire and install 22 street lights, timing controls to operate them and a H frame to house all the boxes and controls. They did a fantastic job.

Randy stayed in touch with me throughout the process and is always quick to reply to emails or return calls.
