I trust them 100 percent. They have repaired several electric components in my home. Recently replaced my weather head damaged by the neighbors tree. They did an excellent job. Very professional staff from the office to the technicians. I asked to have some light switches in my house looked at as well as to install 2 outdoor ceiling fans. Layne Nichols was the technician who worked at my house and Jantz sent a text prior to his arrival with a picture of him which gave me a sense of extra security! He was very professional and was very helpful with the questions I asked. He also did an amazing job on the installation itself!! I am super happy with my first experience using Jantz Electrical and will be using them again for any electrical needs we come across in the future!

Wow! Excellent company! We had a 7.0 stealth quiet cool whole house fan and an attic fan installed with them. Doug and his technician were very friendly and installed our whole house fan and attic fan within 2.5 hrs. They even vacuumed the area where any insulation from the attic fan. They also took all the trash with them which is very nice. I've never had courteous technicians from other companies before. Everything works well and most importantly at the best price! Thanks so much!!!

this company was very impressive from my first phone call to the completion of work.

the company representative on the telephone had a professional and polite demeanor and was a good communicator. the day prior to my appointment i received a confirmation call. the day of the appointment i received a call saying the electricians were on their way.

layne and thalon were the electricians who arrived neatly dressed with identification on their truck and their clothing. both were very polite and answered all my questions. no time was wasted as they addressed each issue on the task list and, although there was one tricky issue to resolve, they did not quit until the problem was fixed. on top of that, they came prepared with equipment for what i thought was a potential issue but turned out to be a real issue...they thought way ahead so i didn't have to wait for that particular repair.

the entire experience with this company was excellent and i highly recommend jantz electrical.

Just wanted to throw down how professional, nice and polite Amber was on the phone,(in Merced??!?!?!?) I had researched many electricians to re-wire/re-place my failing garage fluorescence with LED's, and had gotten many very overpriced quotes for the simple job I wanted, then I dropped it bcuz I'm a SLACKER: (Covid-19). So a month or two later, Amber calls me and states they want to work with me, and I say great, but quote feels a bit high, so she comes back with a more reasonable quote, and I say great. Then the electrician who came out (Doug) was very pro, efficient, did a great job and actually taught me some basics about elec. currents which I am terrified of (and still am...) Highly recommended, rec'd by x-co-worker who had extensive work done by them at his many properties... Bravo! :)

Jantz Electrical was extremely prompt with scheduling a free estimate for the work I needed done. The ease of scheduling the upgrades/repairs was unbeatable. Fast forward to the day of the work to be done- the technicians showed up on time, were respectful of my home and family, went right to work, and completely the job in a timely and clean manner. My house was left as clean as I had it before they arrived. The following day, another technician was able to come by to follow up on one small repair as well. He was knowledgeable and able to quickly fix my concern. The quality of the work they did is top of the line! I would highly recommend them to anyone, regardless of the job size.
