I was looking into adding an off-grid to my current on-grid solar system. When I requested for information, I was pleased when Layne visited us since he had previously done work for us. I was very appreciative that Layne listen to our energy needs and I was surprised by the enthusiasm he had for designing an off-grid system for us. He has a high level of experience and knowledge on how such a system works. The off-grid system is not only producing the amount of energy that we need, but it gives us peace of mind if the power goes out to serve as a backup. Layne and his team were very professional and caring as they installed the system for us, and this is obviously a reflection of the company they work for.

Super quick response and scheduled the very next day. Adam, our technician came out and resolved the issue within an hour. He also let us know how we can prevent it from happening in the future and gave us quotes for different levels of upgrades we could choose from. He was eager and willing to trouble shoot with us and gave an honest opinion. We were comfortable with his recommendations and could tell he knew what he was doing.
