This reviews a long time coming. Over Halloween it was raining a lot and I didn't think to unplug our Halloween decorations in the front yard. So naturally they all died and I thought I blew the plug outside. ? We are new to owning a house and so I called Cory to fix it he actually came out that day and within five minutes showed me where our circuit breaker was in the garage to reset all the plugs and the plug was back to working. I'm not gonna lie I was pretty embarrassed but he was extremely professional and explained everything. Great experience overall.

I started a lighting project and realized I was in over my head. Corey answered the phone after hours and agreed to come out to my house the next day even though his schedule was full. Corey showed up and was extremely professional and completed the job and it turned out great. I highly recommend Corey and will be using him again in the near future for other projects. Pricing was very good as well.

This was the worst electrical experience, bar none. AND HE WILL LIE ABOUT THE PRICE AND RIP YOU OFF! When the invoice finally arrives, it will be far more than quoted; then, we I called him to ask him about it, all he did was talk over me, drowning me out - arguing non-stop. He kept spinning the topic and twisting the issue as to not answer the simple question of why my bill was so high ($270) to change ONE circuit breaker that took 10 minutes. Originally he said it would be $125 an hour plus $60 for the part, which should have been $185. He continued yelling at me over the phone saying he does not itemize his invoices, therefore, I can never see who came out, what time was charged, any pro-rates, the exact price of the part installed - nothing. He simply puts whatever price he wants on the bill and that is that. As long as you never question the bill, you may write a great review. If you seriously question why the price came out the way it did, you will get yelled at, talked over and disregarded. I cannot see how this guy stays in business - it can't be from repeat customers. He has zero appreciation for customers and zero customer service skill.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM CORY FARRELL ELECTRIC - unless you have money to burn and don't mind getting ripped off.

Incredibly quick and professional. Cory was fast and accurate in his diagnosis of a problem we had with our breaker's internal parts. He solved our problem and recommended how we can avoid future problems without having to spend extra, along with an estimate of what the cost could be if it became more of an issue in the future. If I require electrical work in the future, I'm going with Cory Ferrell.
