We chose Sylvia Electric to install pot lights in our living room. Eugene and David came out. Since we had talked we had some more questions. Eugene patiently listened to what we wanted and looked over the future projects, and there will be future projects with Sylvia Electric. No problem and he gave my wife a basic estimate on the spot. Then they got to work. It was surprising as we had an 8:30 appointment and they arrived early. The first thing they covered all the furniture and floors with drop cloths. Then they laid out the grid pattern for the lights when we approved it they really got to work, boom the holes in the ceiling were cut, then the wiring feed-thru, Eugene was replacing the 3 gang panel and David was doing the light installation, I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work. After installing the lights and the switches, the one for the pot lights is adjustable. Then they cleaned up, I mean really cleaned up, they had a vacuum and they rolled up the drop cloths vacuumed the areas that had debris that fell off of the plastic. They were here about 3.5 hours start to finish. Below are two pictures of the finished work, the one on the right is with the lights off and the left with them on. Looks like day and night, at about 3 pm. Great job guys.

Had a great experience with Silva Electric. They installed my large 72"" (6ft) ceiling fan. They installed a very heavy duty mount in the upper joists for extra support. Very professional work, extra clean and on time. I would highly recommend.

We had a faulty wiring which was causing our kitchen appliances to turn off. Silva Electric was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes. They also charged exactly what they quoted over the phone. They also diagnosed why our downstairs bathroom outlet wasn't working. Didn't need fixing yet but wasn't charged for a diagnosis.

Silva electric always does great work they worked on our home twice in the last few years did really clean work installed ceiling fans in our 3 rooms also a attic fan, then a year later when we remodeled some more they installed recessed lighting throughout our home and worked with us how we wanted it also gave us a great deal. They are very friendly and more then on time they came early both times and they take pride in leaving the house how they found it they clean up their mess really well if they even make any..... They deserve my 5 stars and we will be using them definitely again for our kitchen remodel.

These guys did a great job. They were quick and very friendly.
Our switcher box was going out and power kept turning off in this very hot weather. Called Eugenie in the morning and they were at my house by 2pm. Fixed everything in less than an hour and now everything works perfectly. Very satisfied with their service.

After exchanging a few texts with Michael about a GFI that kept tripping, he said he could be at my house within 30 minutes to repair an issue we were having.

He came out and did some troubleshooting, explained to me what the issue was and how he could fix it. He was true to the price that he quoted me via text.

If I need any other electrical work done, Michael Silva will be my first call. It's nice to have people who can get the work done quickly and make things simple.

Outstanding electricians!! If you are looking for an electrical contractor look no further. Had Silva Electric install two GFCI outlets for our new bidet toilets in the master and guest bathrooms. They installed new 20 Amp circuit breakers, pulled new wire through the attic and walls, and installed new GFCI receptacles on the walls. Cleaned up the workspace and were very professional. Reasonably priced as well.
