Eugene and Mike did an excellent job installing our ceiling fan, attaching it to a cathedral ceiling and adding new wiring. Both are personable and professional. Asked Eugene about installing recessed lighting and he gave me suggestions and advice without being pushy or forcing their services on to us, which I appreciate greatly. I will definitely call then again for our future home improvement projects.

Eugene and Michael were referred to me by Superior Insulation and Acoustics. really great, see review. They had installed cellulose insulation for me the week before. I had requested 2 fans in my attic living space. What was there prior was an improperly installed solar fan by idiots that did not block off the rest of the gable vents. It was inadequate for the space and had it moved. Eugene and his son Michael came as scheduled and did their work quickly and efficiently in an hours time. Have to say initially a bit stressed as I watched insulation blowing around on my floor. But I'm a total neat freak; is why I schedule worker bees on my cleaning day! However, much to my surprise they were vacuuming it up before they left and thanked them for doing so. I joked with Eugene as being 'Mr. Safety'. I saw that as he suggested an on/off switch to be able to turn it off in the rare and unlikely event of it not working properly. Initially he wanted to add a switch to an existing switch for my closet light. Then he decided that adding it to the inside wall of the closet so as to not shut it off by mistake would be better; it stays on always and the thermostats are set @ 105. I heard them go on as they tested the connection. They have been doing their job so far and Eugene assured me I would barely notice them on my electric bill. I do not use my a/c as it is old and inefficient and it hit 116 here yesterday. Inside it maxxed out @ 82 @ 6:40pm. Before the insulation and fans it would have made it to 90+ no doubt. Last fall I had installed a whole house fan and in conjunction with the insulation from last week and 2 new fans yesterday it is much better. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Both companies are really great.

Mr. Silva and his son at Silva Electric are amazing!!! I called yesterday at 12:35 pm and they were at my house promptly within one hour. After explaining to Mr. Silva that we were experiencing loss of power throughout different parts of our house after attempting to install a ceiling fan, he was able to quickly determine how to resolve our problem. He fixed the fan and got the power working throughout my house in less than an hour. He saved us tons of TIME and MONEY!!! The price was great!!! Still in shock!!!

Both Mr. Silva and his son are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They will be the only electrician company we will be using and recommending to my family and friends. So thankful for finding them on Yelp!!!

I had a breaker that tripped because the electrical outlet in my kids bedroom fried when the night lamp was plugged in. I called another electric company and the person gave me a estimate of 1350 dollars and told me that I need four new breakers. I did not trust that company and called Eugene Silva he arrived in time and found that the outlet was bad and not breaker. He replaced the outlet and everything started working. The cost was 6 times less and he was upfront and honest. I will recommend him to anyone who needs any electrical service.

Eugene and Michael came out today to fix some wiring with the light switches in my bedroom. They were on time and very friendly. The work was done cleanly and Eugene even swapped my old switches with some new ones. Will definitely be using Silva electric in the future. I highly recommend them!
