Cornerstone was great when we were in need of spending money with them for new A/C unit. Their techs were efficient and timely in the initial meeting and install. However, after their job failed the inspection they sent out the tech to fix the problem; he only made things worse. The breaker for the heater was the wrong size (35 amp), it was too large of an amperage size so when he came out to fix the problem with the correct size breaker (30 amp) he must have brought the wrong one. Rather than go and get the correct part he took a different breaker from our panel (30 amp) and switched it with the one he brought (35 amp). By doing this he made our pool sub panel breaker be the wrong size and created a huge potential problem for us. When we called Cornerstone for them to come out and fix their problem they said there was nothing they could do about it for the next 4 days. This problem could potential start a fire and they did not seem to care. Very disappointed in their lack of urgency to get this matter resolved. The fact that they sabotage our panel in order to pass their next inspection is the main reason for never wanting to use them again. Very disappointed.

Start by saying they are very nice people! But... I couldn't get even a ballpark price for the work I needed. Even after I called several times. I had a kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal to be installed. I had to pay them to come give me an estimate. If I would have got an idea of the price, it would have saved them time and me money. Their quote was very very high and I could not use them. But again, everyone was friendly and they did show up, so that means something! I wish it just didn't cost me $60 bucks just to meet them!

Phenomenal experience. Serviced our first home with a/c work, and plumbing over the years. Turned it into a rental and they've been keeping up the maintenance for the past two years. All the staff I've encountered has been knowledgeable and courteous. Always give fair pricing and discounts to club members/ long term clients. Never had to question or worry about the quality of work and we live in another state away from the property. Professional, timely, work done right the first time around. Listed as my vendor with our property management company. Nope their not cheap but neither is their quality of work/ service. You get what you pay for! Extremely trustworthy and Highly recommended.

We had a toilet that was never properly installed despite prior company coming out three times and breaking the toilet paper holder in the process.
Mike Hill came out and did a beautiful job and remove extra wax rings the other company just left under the toilet and never got a proper seal. Mike also installed my new toilet seat which I very much appreciated. From setting the appt, the follow up and timely arrival everything was professional. While price was a bit expensive I learned my lesson from prior company You Get What You Pat For. We would definitely use this company again and Mike Hill our plumber was great and professional. My bathroom now looks great and I will be able to keep it clean.

We do not recommend Cornerstone Pros. They have made 2 trips to our home in the last week in a half trying to fix an electrical issue with our sump pump to our lift station.

The sump pump worked fine when we ran an extension cord from the house to it, so we know it's an electrical issue. They charged $100 on the first trip out. Said they fixed the issue, it was wired wrong, and also said that since they fixed the issue we couldn't run an extension cord to it anymore. Shouldn't be a problem right?! Since the issue is fixed...well it wasn't.

So we call back, they don't get us on the schedule for the same day, but the following day, now keep in mind our waste is bubbling out of the ground anytime we use water in the home.

They come back out yesterday - and mess with the wiring again... they get the red light on the lift station to light up and says it should do that when it's working. They leave. The red light stays on until we go to bed and we manually flip the switch cause we are a little concerned why it was on for basically 4 hours straight and don't want a fire to start.

We flip the switch back on this morning, take showers, and the waste is bubbling out of the ground, red light is on, but the pump isn't running. I call Emergency Services - they say they can't get someone out until Monday. I explain that is not acceptable - I need someone out today. The dispatcher states she will talk to her manager and someone will call me right back- that was now over an hour ago...I call emergency services again, and the only thing this girl can do is take my message and forward to dispatch and tell me they will call me back.

So just to recap - all they've done thus far is take $100 of our money - force my husband to miss 8 hours of work between the two service calls, and take away our only work around we had. Oh, and give us a red light that stays on constantly!

The only way I'd recommend this company is if you want to be inconvenienced in any way or enjoy poor customer service this is the company for you.

*** Update - They FINALLY called my husband to advise they can't get an electrician to us on the weekends. Agreed to give us back our service charge.

Have used Cornerstone for our AC needs for years and have always trusted them and their team. Recently we started using them for electrical and plumbing and were happy with them in those areas, too.
We signed up for their ""maintenance plan""... not sure what they call it... and all 3 technicians showed up on the same day as promised to do their inspections.
They uncovered some potential problems throughout our property BEFORE they became BIG problems. Being a member of their plan saved me a fair amount on their posted rates.
That said, the only feedback I would have for them is to quit advertising so much and driving their rates up. Their prices are still reasonable... but are on the high side of the other quotes I received.
In years past, they would always have been a five star, but I was able to get the work done for less elsewhere.
As for the quality of their work and the cleanliness and professionalism of their staff... you won't find any better, anywhere else.

Did not fulfill service contract guarantee. They advertise ""24/7 Emergency Service"". I even have a signed ""Gold"" service contract with them promising a ""24 Hour Service Guarantee"". I had a plumbing emergency coming home from work, promptly called them and was told someone could come out 4 DAYS later. Their ""discount"" you're supposed to get is also nothing special, they give you set prices which you can easily match or beat with their own coupons. Don't waste your time or money.

Awesome company!
Called in a panic after another company was a no show and they sent a tech out the next day. Kevin was on time, courteous and explained everything fully. He was even super friendly to my two year old and completely understanding when my dogs wouldn't stop barking. He emailed me a detailed receipt (including pictures of the work) just an hour after completing it. The price was higher compared to other places I called, but I'd gladly pay more to receive such awesome customer service.

I had Gary C. come over for a clogged sink and garbage disposal. Cleared my problem with no issues. Quick, friendly service and very knowledgeable. I'd call and request him again but hopefully I don't have to.

We really appreciate Cornerstone's professionalism and courtesy. Their office staff is always very helpful. I really like the text and emails showing when the service person will arrive and a photo of the service person. Even when I my phone cut off the office staff, I was reconnected with the person already working on helping me resolve my plumbing problem without having to re-explain the problem. Chris, the plumber, was very nice, knowledgable, and respectful. While not the least expensive plumber in the area (the office sets the amount for specific services) they warranty the work and get the job done. It is perfect for people like us who just moved to the area and need reliable tradespeople.
