They showed up and did a good job of instulation but having problems 4 months later and won't help get it fixed under warranty for over 2 weeks and having no luck and getting another contractor to finish repair

Started service with them September 2020, and in June 2021 they were still unable to finish the job. While replacing some parts in the attic they did some damage to my ceilings and did a half ass job of fixing it. They took forever to respond (through text) and apparently had several issues during covid with their staffing. I finally had to get a new contractor to come finish the job and double check the previous work.

Pretty sure they are no longer in business. We have called both of their phone numbers and sent text messages several times over a few weeks. Nobody answers or returns calls/messages. Chris the owner is very honest, not the type to shun customers. Was hoping to get our ducts inspected, but it seems they are out of business.

Had a app today between 8am and 12pm. I haven't heard from the company to I called at 1145am. They stated the ro was transferred to the HVAC department . So a technician will be out between 1pm and 5pm. They never called me about the change I had to call them. Terrible customer service I don't have time to wait all day due to your mix up. They don't even deserve 1 Star this place is a joke

Great service. Very professional and determined. Repaired my AC and swamp cooler. Swamp cooler took 3 weeks due to MY work schedule. I would definatly use this company again.

From the first phone call to the job completed everyone was so friendly, professional and patient. I had a home warranty that wanted to replace my ""York"" air conditioner/heater (packaged unit) with a cheap Goodman! These guys worked with me and helped me get the unit I wanted (even though we paid for the unit) and had it installed and completed the next day!! Danny L Alford was so nice and very knowledgeable and explained everything. I now have heat, YAY, and peace of mind for at least the next 10 years! I highly recommend this company!! I won't go to anyone else for my heating and electrical.

This Company is fantastic. i got a home advisor referral and called. We had a small electrical fire that morning and the power was off. Even though they were busy, they came the same day. I was a little worried about other potential issues and the technician (Danny) was very sweet and patient with me. Very professional and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this company.

Have to say they are excellent in coming out & getting my ir conditioner system up & running. Quickly & very efficiently. Hope I won't have to call them again, but if I do I know they will take care of any problems.
