Corley Electric came to the house to determine what was causing our GFCI to continuously trip. He walked around and stated our pond pump was faulty. He billed us $39 and our problem was not clearly determined or fixed. We checked our pump on another GFCI circuit and it ran for over an hour.
We changed our outlet and our GFCI and determined our pond pump was good. Corley never returned our calls. Will never use again.

What a professional Dave Moore is!
He's a skilled, efficient plumber with a strong
work ethic. I know I can trust Corley plumbing.

A big shout out to Xavier with Corley!!! He did a fantastic job with diagnosing our A/C issues and explaining the maintenance process step by step. He made sure to get us the best products all with a 1 year warranty. This company has a 4.8 star review on Google for a reason. They are simply the best. They are on the high price side, but I promise they will figure your A/C problem out and not waste your time. Go with Corley!!! Thanks again for your fantastic work, Xavier!

Be careful with their quotes. I have not had a problem with their service. However, the last quote I got from them was for $500 to replace a furnace igniter. I was on their monthly service plan so there was no cost for labor. I ordered the part from Home Depot for $25 and installed it myself. When I called the office and asked why I got such a high quote they transferred me to billing and said my bill was past due. BEWARE.

Charged me $271 to snake a clogged drain for my washing machine. They were not able to clear the clog, and said that there was a bend in the pipe that they could not go past, but yet still charged me even though they did not fix the problem. I called another plumber, and they had no problem snaking out the drain and clearing the clog.
Corely is horrible.

Taken directly from the words of Corley,
""And because Plumbing, Air Conditioning, or Electrical problems don't always happen at convenient times our team is ready Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 pm at no additional charge. At Corley we promise to keep our appointments.""
I have a serious plumbing issue in my business. Water coming up through the concrete saturating the carpet. I stopped by the Corley office to see if I could get a plumber out. I was told it would be the next day and my credit card information was taken at that time. The next morning more water in my building but a call from Corley and cancelled appointment. Apparently they ARE NOT ready Monday thru Saturday nor do they keep their appointments! On the bright side, the person that cancelled my appointment was nice about it.

My Electrician Tim did an amazing job with a very complicated ceiling fan installation. While the price was a bit higher than another quote I received, I had more confidence in the two professionals from Corley. In the end, after seeing what was involved, believe me, it was worth every penny. The electricians took their time to explain the remote and the technology that went into this product. Well done!!!

Just received a notification that a comment was posted on my review from SEVERAL months ago by the business owner that didn't even address the problem. Also, NOTE, there are 83 ""not recommended"" comments with ONE star that you can't even see unless you click the link to see them. The overall rating obviously DOES NOT include these reviews as there are only 17 that are ""recommended"" (the most being three and four star reviews). Shady as hell.

The only reason it got the second star is because they're employees are nice.
This was first home repair work I've ever had done and almost feel taken advantage of. I started my experience talking to Amanda on their online chat, which was awesome because of my over the phone anxiety, i explained to her my AC unit problem and the anxiety i had moving forward since this was a new experience to me. She assured me that i have nothing to worry about that i can trust them to receive top tier service so i set up appointment that next Wednesday. I received a call the day before from a Corley rep and was given some more info that'd it be 89.95 for the visit and to determine what was wrong with my unit no work would be done unless i agreed. Then i would be provided options to move forward. That sounds good to me!
I asked many questions and all were answered 100% to my satisfaction i was feeling really good about choosing Corley, a local business that has trucks saying"" you can trust Corley!"" Ive seen around town since i was a kid so i didn't even bother looking at other companies. (Probably my mistake from never having done this before)
Fast forward to appointment day the technician arrives and i explain problem he comes back a little while later to explain the dirty coil and that its 299$ to clean it. I asked if it would work afterwards and was told yes. 299$ sounds decent enough to me for cool air in my house again so i agree.
After the cleaning he says to go ahead and turn it on. No air flow. So he goes outside for a bit more after he returns I'm informed that the motor is burnt out and that it will cost (approximately) additional 950. So now ive had 299$ worth of work done that was supposed to fix it and another 950$ worth of work to go. I say ok lets try the finance options you have but unfortunately denied by both options for monthly payments. Im stuck with a 299$ bill and no working AC. If i was told about the motor and coil at the same time to begin with i would have had no work done that day and just payed 89.95 so i could think about it a little bit but instead i payed the 299$ so i could be done with this horrible experience.
Very unhappy with service and almost feel betrayed by the nice people and by a business owner who says in his replies right here on Yelp that ""the knowledge our technicians possess is invaluable"" and its ""...about receiving reliable service from trained professionals.""
Mr. Corley you let me down. Now my first ever home service experience has been a bad one.

Buyer beware is key to working with Companies like Corley. I was trying to get service on my tankless hot water heater. I was told there would be an initial service charge of $39 which was ok with me. He spent an hour looking at the unit to determine the same thing I had already figured out. The unit was not firing. Simple problem for any device like this. Either no spark or no gas. I did this in less than the 10 minutes I looked at it before he came to the house. We were then informed that a full diagnostics would be required at a cost of $365 plus the initial $39 before he could proceed with any further. This did not include parts or labor to repair the unit. Another option they offered was a full replacement for $5523. This was for a new more efficient unit. After all my unit was 9 years old and only 84% efficient. This was not acceptable to me. I called another company. He suggested as I had already concluded that the igniter was not working. I ordered the part directly from the company that built the unit. The price was $12.00 for the replacement part. I am sure the technician would have come to the same conclusion. Add another $200 to $300 for the repair. So the unit was fixed for less than $50 (including overnight shipping). If I would have gotten a bill from Corley for $200 that would seem almost reasonable for this repair, I would not complained. Instead the bill from Corley would have been closer to $600 or more. And that $5523 replacement, I looked on line for the unit they suggested. It was less that $1400 online. So the labor, additional parts and the 12 year warranty they were offering was $4100. Not sure what I was getting for my money. This was almost 3 times the value of the unit. In a 12 year period I could have replaced the unit 3 times. Well at least 2 times. These units have an exception service life. I have read it can be 20 years or more. So replacing my unit did not seem like a reasonable response when all that was needed was a $12 part to repair the unit. As far as speed of repair is concerned. The part had to be shipped in from the manufacturer since there are no local supply houses for these parts. Corley told me they serviced all units but they are not a service provider recommended by the manufacturer. So they would not carry parts for this unit. It would have been the next day to repair the unit. I really feel sorry for those people who feel they did a great job. What they did not realize is that they paid way too much for what they got. Fair pricing is not what you get with Corley.
