I called CORE Electric to install a ceiling fan in our patio. An estimator came out and gave me a quote on 11 Aug. The 2-man crew came the same day to install the fan.

The crew was very courteous and professional. They installed the fan in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with their work.

I strongly recommend CORE for any electric service and will not hesitate to call them again.

After my first review I was contacted by the owner. We discussed things that he was willing to do to make me a satisfied customer. Those things didn't happen. This is what the inside of my electrical panel ""upgrade"" looks like. Mind you I upgraded to a 220 panel from a 110 and added a 50 amp RV outlet. There is a 15 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit. The wires aren't secure and parts of the wires are scraped off. The exposure could lead to an electrical fire or act surges. My thoughts are that the company knows the person who ""inspected"" my panel box because I'm not sure how it passed. We live in the township of Palm Shores. Unfortunate to have moved here to see that this is how business in done. I cannot and will not recommend this company if you value your home investment.

Used reviews to choose Core Electric for having ceiling fans hung and yo look at an old flourescent light. Was not disappointed. Very fair pricing by the hour. Professional, courteous, and friendly electrician and assistant. The work was done well. I was given options along the way to decide with no overselling to push a more expensive job. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone in the area.

Cecil and Eric were friendly and professional and fast. They fixed the crazy, nonsensical wiring and 10+ non-functioning outlets in my house in less than half the time I expected. The price was more than fair, I was happy to pay it. Though I hope I don't need an electrician again any time soon, I will use core electric if I do. I will recommend to friends and family. I called for an estimate. No-one bothered to call me back. Called again, thinking that things happen, notes get misplaced. Finally an appointment was scheduled, never to be taken place. Nobody came, no-one called to explain why or to offer to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Wasted three weeks for nothing.

What a great company. Found them through the reviews here on Yelp. They came out on Monday to give us a very fair estimate. They rearranged some appointments to accommodate us and had our outlets were installed on Wednesday morning. Very professional and fair. They even cleaned up all of their mess! I definitely would recommend this company and would use them again should I have any other electrical needs.

I was extremely happy with the great service provided by Core. They came on a Saturday to do the estimate, got the permit on Monday and completed the work on Monday. Highly recommended!
