Our oven stopped working all of the sudden, and after going back and forth with a repairman, we contacted J&M Electrical to see if our problem was within the electrical themselves. We were quickly contacted by their office and scheduled for a free consultation within 30 minutes of contacting them through Yelp. Gonzago, our electrician, quickly found the problem and was able to fix it within the same day. He was patient with our questions and respectful throughout the entire interaction. We had a problem with our GFI switch constantly shorting out and setting off the breaker. I even had it replaced before and it still did the same thing. So I searched Yelp for another electrician and found J&M Electrical. And I'm glad I did! When I called the receptionist, she was very polite, professional and making an appointment to fit my schedule was a breeze. The Electrician showed up on time and was very professional, personable and polite. I told him what the problem was and he diagnosed the issue in no time. He did not try to up sell or replace unnecessary parts for no reason. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up any mess or dust. Everything has been working perfectly since! I'd highly recommend J&M Electrical to my friends and family, and I will definitely contact them for any electrical needs in the future!

I highly recommend this company. My electrician has moved to a farther place and I was in need of a reliable and professional electrician in Santa Clarita. Beatrice responded right away and had asked the kind of service I need. It is a big plus for me as a customer to have a company and even better the owner responded on time. Given the fact I believe that I sent messages in Yelp on a weekend and unfortunately their office was closed. But I got a response as soon as
Monday hits. I was able to get an appointment convenient for my time during the day. They will provide their estimate only after they did the service, they will not give a quote unless the job is done. They came right on time, very helpful and they explained in detail the cause of the problem and how they fix them. I highly recommend. At least we have a good and reliable electrician to call.

Quick response, very friendly and helpful. Had a outlet that didn't work on the patio, found a reset switch in the garage. That fixed the plug.

If you need an electrician be sure to give them a call, before anyone else. We decided to upgrade our old 1960s zinsco panel, received multiple bids, theirs was very competitive. after a conversation with Jeff I realized unlike other companies they are care about the customers experience along with solid work ethic. We had an issue with our GSCI outlet. Joe was able to come out the next day. He was on time, courteous and respectful. It was a simple fix and he fixed it within 5 minutes. He even tested all my outlets in the kitchen. I was expecting a service call fee but he waived the fee saying he is not going to charge a fee for a 5 minute simple fix. I also inquired him about the EV car charger and he gave me options on where and what to install. His quotes on EV car charger appears to be reasonable as well. I highly recommend J&M electrical for all your electrical needs.

We needed an outlet put in our garage so we reached out to J&M Electrical. They came out the same day we called and gave us a very reasonable quote. Two days later Nick installed the outlet in about an hour! He was super efficient and did very high-quality work AND he left no mess! Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

J&M Electrical is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. Kevin came out the next day after I called, and gave us a thorough and honest estimate. Scheduling the work appointment through their office was effortless, and a crew of three (quote was for two) showed up on time. Nick and Josh were very professional, and reviewed the landscape lighting job they were there for. The work they did was top shelf, almost to the point of perfection. They cleaned up afterwards and Nick made sure we were satisfied with the lighting, which I should say was spectacular. He even returned several days later (by appointment through their office) to tighten some screws and inspect the project. If you're looking for an honest, economical, and professional company, look no further - these guys are it!
