Carlos offers free estimate, promised to send a quote and possible timeline to do it. Never sent me a quote nor respond to my text. He will leave you hanging and doesn't directly tell you that he can't do it. Time wasted assuming he was going to do the work.

I had an electrical issue in my home. The faucet in one of my bathrooms was energized I called 2 different electrical companies and they could not figure it out. Finally someone recommended Carlos I called him on a Sunday afternoon he was at my home with in the hour. When he seen the problem I was having he said am not leaving your house until I figure it out. He immediately started to troubleshoot and about an hour later he discovered a open splice in the wall that was making contact with the cold water line. He's is truly a genius very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs he's the best.
