Alex was very responsive and helpful! We had an issue with our thankless water heater. Wasn't sure if it was the unit or an electrical problem. He came out and took a look at it and confirmed the circuit and electrical power was fine, but the unit itself was broken. Although the unit wasn't something he could fix, it did help me identify the issue. I'd recommend this service!

Alex did a great job! I needed my whole kitchen rewired. We kept triping the breaker every time more than one appliance was on in the kitchen, and it would shut off my kitchen and living room. I thought I was going to need a new panel outside, but he explained how he could fix the problem without having to upgrade the panel. (Which saved us quite a bit of $$).They made each outlet an individual dedicated breaker including my living room, and it solved our issue! . I also needed a couple new wall outlets installed where i want to hang tv's, and they did a great job with those as well. He answered all of my questions, and explained things in a way i could understand. In my opinion, very honest and hard working guys! I will definitely use them again in the future for a couple other things i have planned, and would recommend to anyone who asks me. Thanks again Alex, and Copperhead electric!

I've contacted them over long weekend as one side of our house doesn't have electricity. Wasn't expecting a reply until holiday is over. However, they responded right away and immediately coordinate next day visit. They pre-alert us that they're on the way and arrived on the time as they promised. They were very attentive and was able to found a main breaker that help reset and fix the power outage problem. They were very thorough inspecting one of our outlet didn't have any power and provide an alternative on fixing it.
