For the past 15 years, I have been serving throughout DFW as a service electrician. Upon receiving my master license in 2010, I set my sights on the day I would own my own electrical service. Over the years, I have learned effective practices and ineffective strategies. Providing excellent service at an affordable price is my mission. No hidden fees! I prefer to be an electrician you can trust and share with friends and family rather than one who leaves you feeling misled. My wife, Kelly, manages the office while I am the technician you will find at your door. So you always know who you’re working with!
Copper Creek Electric is a new company with time-honored principles. We believe in giving back!

My dad was our family electrician till he retired and is just unable to do that type of work anymore. My dad set the bar high for what I had to expect from another electrician. We have had them come out several times.
I can't imagine having a better experience
They are great with the communication ,great work just absolutely amazing people
5 stars are just not enough

I highly recommend Copper Creek Electric. They just installed a new circuit breaker panel in our house for about half the cost of the 3 other estimates we got. They were professional, dependable, they worked us into their schedule quickly(our insurance threatened to cancel our homeowners because of the old panel)and they did a great job.

I called this company to come and give me a quote and the appointment was made for a sat morning. Candace ( who is the wife ) told me 8-8:30 .. I wrote it down immediately after we spoke. I turn off my cell at night but when I woke up sat morning (7:20), I saw a text that had been sent a few minutes before 7 saying that her husband Ben was on his way. I quickly texted back that I had just woken up and that the appt was for 8-8:30. She responded with ""they make their appts like these for between 7-9 and that her husband was on his way back and would arrive in about 1 minute"".That was fine I just was going to let him know I would quickly brush my teeth and we could proceed. He arrived and I told him the appointment was for 8-8:30. This is where it started to go south...... he said there's no way his wife would have made that appt For that time and proceeded to tell me the same as she did 7-9. He basically called me a liar so I said no thank you. He then said that I had wasted his f---ing time and reversed his vehicle spewing gravel everywhere. I then told him he was an a- hole and that I was going to report this behavior . I got back that he was going to report me to the old lady f'ing bitch .... I texted his wife and told her what happened and she said he would never do that and that he was frustrated that he had to get up at 6 and that they did me a huge favor and didnt charge me to come out that early ... it went on some more but I'm sure you get the drift. Not a good experience ... he may do great work but hold cow .. not professional at all .

Always a first class experience. I own a remodeling and a real estate investing business and Copper Creek are my go-to for any electrical need.
Our most recent project was installing can lights, updating some outlets with GFCIs and installing light fixtures. Projects have ranged from quickly troubleshooting a tripping breaker to entire rewires.
Honest, reasonable, prompt, great quality and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a pool heater that was not working and I thought it was an electrical issue. After he did some troubleshooting it turned out to be some loose wires. He also installed a flood light for me in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Copper Creek Electric!! - J

We were having issues with breaker continuously tripping, Ben T. & his wife methodically went through attic to make sure it was not a short in wire from breaker to outlet and presented us with options on what we could do to remedy situation all within code. Both very pleasant to work with. Arrived as scheduled and true to the original rough estimate and also got military discount. We are pleased with results.

Very pleasant experience from the appointment setup to the actual work completion. Ben and Candace were very accommodating, trying to fit me in as soon as they could. When they arrived, Ben quickly assessed my issue with my dryer, and had me up and running in 30 minutes. The charge for the work was very reasonable. Just very honest people. I have found my new go-to electrician. O

Ben at Copper Creek Electric has been my good-to electrician for a few years now. He recently replaced five ceiling fans. As always, he and his wife do an outstanding, completely professional job. I could not be happier with the work his company does.

Copper Creek Electric has been my to go company for the last couple of years. Their response time is usually within an hour. And they have always been honest and upfront with any of my repairs. Ben has always been very helpful and always letting me know if I'm up to code with things in my house. He replaced a outdated circuit board and had it done in a few hours. Today Candace and Ben came out and replace some lights and fans that were taken out when my house was struck by lightning. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. Ben even did some work that I didn't know that was needed in my attic. He is always looking after his customers. And to me that states professionalism of the highest degree. You definitely will not be unhappy with any of their services they provide.

This has to be one of the most sketchiest and unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. If it were possible to give no stars then I would.
I was connected with Copper Creek Electric through the Home Depot Pro service. I just needed to get an electrical outlet installed next to a projector. Next thing I know, I get a text from a random number of when and where to schedule a meeting. Let me start of by saying that Ben was accommodating saying he could do the project. However, his wife, who I believe was the individual texting me was extremely rude. My appointments were delayed three times and I asked to have my estimate lowered for compensation. I requested multiple breaks from work to make sure I am present for the appointment. So I would say it's fair to ASK for a lower rate. I have not even gotten to the best part yet.
The reason I was inclined to write this review was a rude text that was mistakenly sent by his wife to me. It was intended to be sent to Ben, her husband. I understand you are a small business, but try to at least act like you care for your customers. She basically cancelled my appointment and ended things there. I ended up getting the job done by someone else for 2/3 of the price.
