Back in 1999, Jack had goals of mastering the art of the power trade. His passion originated from an constant desire to understand how systems operated. He first gained training to train as an electrical technician through other contractors before being admitted into the State of California Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.

As Jack navigated the trials of the training program, he aggressively strived to understand a deeper grasp of the content he was learning. In addition to his standard hands-on work, he spent numerous hours pushing himself, and accepting extra tasks outside of his typical day so he could become proficient in many facets of the industry.

Our company was established in June in 2007 and he began to focus on recruiting the best team of skills to launch his business off to a good start. The tight-knit relationships with his initial employees allowed for a level of trust and friendship that he had yearned to enjoy while employed at previous organizations.
