During 1999, Jack Copello had goals of excelling in the art of the electrical industry. His desire originated from an constant interest to comprehend how things operated. He first gained training to become an electric service provider through other contractors before being admitted into the apprenticeship program.

While Jack navigated the trials of the training program, he actively pursued to understand a thorough knowledge of the material he was being taught. On top of his regular hands-on experience, he invested numerous hours testing himself, and taking on more work in addition to his regular day so he could develop into adept in various aspects of the industry.
