In 1999, Jack had goals of excelling in the craft of the electrical industry. His desire stemmed from an incessant curiosity to comprehend how systems operated. He initially acquired experience to work as an electrical technician through other companies before being enrolled into the State of California Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.

During Jack navigated the trials of the training program, he actively sought to understand a thorough understanding of the material he was being taught. In addition to his standard field training, he dedicated many efforts testing himself, and pursuing more projects in addition to his normal routine so he could grow to be proficient in various aspects of the trade.

Copello Electric Company was established in June of 2007 and he set out to concentrate on bringing aboard the right combination of talent to launch his company on the right track. The tight-knit relationships with his first team members created a level of faith and team spirit that he had longed to enjoy while employed at previous businesses.
