Thanks Copeland for sending Josh to the rescue. My daughter called to say that our heater wasn't working and since I'm in CA the fear of what do I do kicks in. I yelped to see who was closet and sent out a feel request.

This company got back to me quickly and was very efficient. Josh was sent to the house and went over her home, explained everything to myself and my daughter so we can understand what was needed.

He made sure to ask questions so we understood what was needed. I think I needed anything but Josh made sure I got my daughters home up and running and upgraded at an amazing price. So thanks Josh for the speedy service and amazing workmanship.

Josh will be our HVAC hero always. I can't thank you enough for putting this mom heart at ease. I was so worried that me not being there I couldn't find people who still care about the work they do. I'm glad your company sent you to us.

Our air conditioning went out last night about 9:30 - it's hot in Texas! We have a service plan with Copeland and Caleb was at our door in 35 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back up and running! He was even in uniform and looking very professional. We are so thankful we decided to purchase the service plan. It was a great value and paid for itself last night. UPDATE: Our system has worked FAR more efficiently since this service call. We don't have to turn it down to 68 to cool our house off anymore. We consistenly run it at 72 & 74. Our home was brand new 3 years ago so we didn't feel we needed service right away. We are sorry we waited.

This company is completely fraudulent and ridiculous. Posting on Facebook with promises of free minor repairs and assessments only to show up and not even look at the system; just an immediate quote of $10,000 for a new system?!? What a joke.

I am a freelance writer for multiple HVAC companies in the US and so I know the way that it works and how a customer should be treated. This was a complete mess from start to finish -- which wasn't long at all.

Advertising the way they do as the summer months approach, especially here in Texas, and they are only offering ""free"" help to ensure they get to the home first and get the job and payment first before any other companies are called.

Needless to say, I did NOT purchase a new $10,000 system, and after an $800 fix, my system is working again. Yes, that's right, $800; that's $9,200 cheaper than what these jokers quoted me when they promised to come out and assess the system (which they did NOT) and fix minor issues for free (also did NOT).

DON'T fall for the scam here. These guys are only after big money and not customer care or budget-friendly and honest fixes and solutions. Take my advice or don't, either way, BE SURE TO LOOK SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE FOR HELP.

Two hour appointment window passed with no technician, no text, call, or e-mail. After brief conversation with office contact where I was asked to wait indefinitely, I cancelled the interaction.

I heard and read so many good reviews about this company but unfortunately I have to say that my technician was awesome but I was waiting days to get my quote so I had to get another inspection and go with someone else. I messaged them a couple times to get the quote and I had also gotten my appt rescheduled. Hopefully others don't have to go through this and I don't understand what happened.

Copeland AC is GREAT. They took care great care of my AC. We had a problem with our AC not cooling properly. They came out and serviced it topped off the refrigerant and tuned it up and POOF problem gone...

Honest and priced fair. What more could you ask?
