I called Copelands Electric recently. These folks were courteous , professional, and on-time. They took care of the electrical problems . They also assisted us during the tornado last year which allowed us to get our electrical service back on promptly. I RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN

They called and cancelled on us because someone got sick. They did not accommodate us at all and lady on the phone was unprofessional and seem not to care. They also said they cannot send anyone out to us after 4:30 cause that will will bring their electricians in overtime. My wife took the day off to accommodate them to come today out of her busy schedule since we both are health care professionals and canceling our patients would not be fair. If I could give a 0 star I would have. Again very unprofessional handling of their customers. I would not recommend to no one. Hope my review helps you choose the right electrician. Thank you.
