Jeff Cooper promptly provided a bid for replacing my old electrical panel. He was the only contractor who understood my urgent timeline and was able to accommodate it. He patiently answered all my questions, explained why other bids included unnecessary extras, and guided me through the process with SMUD and the City.

His technician arrived on time, quickly restored power, and even troubleshot a minor issue. Despite the unexpected expense (not Cooper Electric's fault), I was very satisfied with Cooper Electric's service and would gladly use them again and highly recommend them.

I posted a yelp announcement and found Cooper Electric. Jeff was able to provide me a quote based off my images and even reduced his service charge rate for me.

I thought my microwave had died but it turns out that wasn't the case as Jeff was able to determine after opening the panel that an improper air conditioning duct was installed above the microwave and due to the large size, it pushed the plug out of the outlet. He also assisted with tightening the loose outlet.
