Carol B.A tech showed up the same day we called. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. He took less than an hour to replace a conductor on our heat pump. The bill was $345. And that was AFTER we applied a coupon for $65 (cost of a normal service charge). We looked up the conductor online: retail price was $60. So to recap, they charge $285 an hour labor. Stay away from Cool Quest. Stay far, far away.
Nick D.Have to agree with previous review. They come up with these hidden charges of$97.00 a year to maintain your warranty. I would not recomend them to my worst enemy . Get all the details in writing. They owner is rip off artist.$
G M.Very shady business. Cannot leave a review on Google because business is listed as closed even though they are still in service. My wife made payment for the repair when the assessment was made. The gentleman wrote my wife's entire debit card number on the receipt. A day later there were multiple charges made on the card. My wife is a stay at home mom and a student and never uses her card outside of school payments and emergencies so I knew exactly where to start. When I called to talk to the manager about my suspicion and their practice of writing entire card numbers down on receipts, he was extremely rude and told me to take the issue up with my bank (which we did). It also took 3 days for the repair to happen when I was told it would be fixed the next day. Terrible customer service once you pay these frauds. Do not let this happen to you! Stay away from Hudson/New Port Richey repair companies. There are much better companies out there!

First off, if you have warranted work any company can do it.
Secondly, be sure you ask about all the extra charges that they won't tell you about on the phone, like the 3 hour minimum labor!!!!!!!
I'll stay away....maybe you should also.
