Andrew S.Had to get my Upstairs Unit with the Coil and furnace Replaced and got a bunch of crazy quotes from companies in Houston until I reached out to Cool trust. After some negotiation I got a great unit for a great deal.
The best part was working with their tech Miguel Aleman and his brother. Very professional, well mannered, hardworking, knowledgeable guys. They went well above and beyond to make sure my home got the best quality repair.

Hank B.The worst experience ever. I wish I could give less than 1 star. The initial technician was untrained and didn't understand what he was looking for, asking me the questions he should know. He then spent 2 hours in my home just to end up using Freon and charging $300.
The issue still wasn't fixed, but instead of a refund the company offered to come back and repair it for no additional charge. Well turns out the issue was something completely different and they wanted to charge me $600 to fix what they told me would be no charge. But as a ""courtesy"" they'd deduct the initial $300 from when they didn't repair it first. After coming to completely rig and destroy my unit they harassed me for money and the unit went out AGAIN a week and a half later and will cost thousands to repair what they rigged together using zipties and leaving loose wires out.
