Great service and staff! Chad was out several times working with me to determine the cause of my fan not working. Ended up being a warranty issue and unit was replaced by the manufacturer. Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Chad at my home and with Lisa in the office. I would highly recommend this company for anyone with need of ceiling fan repairs.

I called three times for service and/or replacement of a ceiling fan within 48 hours. My call was NEVER returned. Don't think Cool Breezes is interested in my business. Will look someplace else. Very unprofessional place.

I have 2 ceiling fans that I need installed (really high ceiling and short ladder). i'd thought of hiring an electrician but couldn't get any references so was at an impass for the installation. I called Cool Breezes to ask for a reference and they said they could install them. They came today and installed by 2 68"" ceiling fans. They recommended a longer pole for the one fan, called the store, and I drove and got it while they installed the 2nd fan. It was all very quick.

I am thrilled, and even more importantly my husband is thrilled. Chad did a great job, making sure the fans are installed and working properly before leaving. Thanks for a great job.

The products, selection and install were great. However, just a year after spending $5,000 on motorized blinds for my living room, I would expect Blind Depot to replace a bad part with no charge to the customer. Today they sent me a bill for $81.19 to cover the ""trip"" charge. The technician spent a whopping 30 minutes total on this project, and I guarantee the gas & time did not amount to $81. Very disappointed in their customer service for not taking care of this, as the part did not fail as a result of anything I did. I'm generally not a penny pincher or complainer, but this is very irritating. I will not be spending any more money here, as service after the sale definitely comes at a price.

I took my defective 16 year old Casablanca fan to Cool Breezes for a diagnosis and repair. Jarrell determined it had a defective motor, which has a lifetime warranty. Amber and Jarrell were great. They called a few times to keep me informed and in just a few days I received a replacement fan. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Casablanca and Cool Breezes, and in particular Amber and Jarrell. May 2012

We turned to this fan company (an authorized service center for Casablanca fans) after Lights Fantastic on Greenville refused to honor the lifetime warranty on fans that we purchased there. After dealing with Lights Fantastic, the people at Cool Breezes were a godsend. They were responsive, responsible (returned phone calls, did what they said they would do), friendly, and helpful. In particular, we found Chad Blain to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave great advice and was easy to work with throughout the repair process. We now have a new store to which we will turn for our fan and cooling needs.
