So it's been a year since we installed 2 HVAC systems. One system is installed in our attic to heat/cool the second floor and the second is installed in the basement which heats/cools the main floor and basement. Both systems are Lennox brand name which have worked very well. To date we have only changed filters on both systems. I've been very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend Cool Air Mechanical. There was a negative review claiming customers were bribed for good reviews to extend their warranty. I never received any such offer and have only paid for an annual service agreement. Ask for Nima, he's very good.

I really wanted to write a review for Cool Air Mechanical after seeing that they received such poor ratings from other customers. I can't comment on their experience, obviously, but we have had nothing but excellent service from them. They replaced our A/C a couple years ago, and it works great! They worked with us on the price and threw in an additional service. They came out three times to check the system as part of our contract, and we haven't had any issues.

We liked them so much, we had them replace our water heater, as well! It started going bad last month, and they quoted the fairest price and have proven they are a reliable company. We would use them again in a second and highly recommend them.

I highly recommend these guys. They just replaced both of my central A/C and furnace units and the price and equipment were both terrific. Sales Manager Jon Rockwell gave me a quote the day after my old downstairs unit died and the new Lennox units were installed the following morning. The installation crew was professional and friendly and finished the entire installation by mid-afternoon. I'm very pleased with the price, the hardware, the installation and the service.

After 7K spent and two years, nothing but problems with my HVAC paid for and purchased through Cool Air. The absolute worst HVAC company in the Atlanta area, this should be evidenced by them bribing customers to leave google reviews to extend their warranty.

If just one person in the market for a new HVAC unit reads this and has second thoughts before entering into any business with this unethical and dishonest company, it makes it worthwhile.

They've been out over 10 times trying to fix it, they even replaced it. Still every time it gets hot, instead of my AC doing this crazy thing called ""cooling"", it makes my life miserable.

Not sure why they have such bad reviews on yelp. They have a ton of good reviews on google. This is the Hvac company contracted with Costco. Have had them out twice for 2 different repairs, and they were excellent. They made it out the same day- other companies were telling me over a week (without heat in dec?), and the repairs were done quickly and the price was good.

Very good experience through Cool Air over the past two years. Met them whilst checking out at Costco. Yea you pay $150/year but we have a very busy life and having CAM come out twice each year to check on our systems Heating and A/C it's nice to know it's being looked over and at least getting checked on. Our systems are fairly new within the past 4-5 years. We've had different technicians come out and each one has said our systems are in good shape. They haven't tried to ""up sell"" me on meaningless maintenance. They have informed me about different products ranging from new thermostat technologies and air filtration systems but haven't pushed hard, more of an FYI which I think most consumer prefer. Anyway, they've made me a better & more educated homeowner and without them I wouldn't be changing my filters as often nor breathing in such clean air.

I would like to thank the team at Cool Air Mechanical for providing an excellent service experience. We recently had our HVAC system serviced to ensure everything was working properly prior to the cold winter season. Tchable Kangbeni was our Service Technician on 10/9/15. Tchable performed a through inspection, fixed one minor issue, replaced our filters, and also recommended a float switch for our A/C unit (to prevent possible overflow damage). We plan to have Cool Air Mechanical install the float switch when they return for our HVAC service in the Spring. 5 stars.....as good as it gets!

Our house is 14 years old, and thanks to Cool Air, we've extended the life our units by maintaining them regularly over the past few years. In mid August, our AC stopped blowing cold air so I came home from a trip to a hot house that evening. I called and they were here first thing the next morning to do service that was covered in our maintenance agreement (thank goodness!). We also had the ducts cleaned this year and I could not find any better pricing after much research. Its expensive, so we won't do it as often as suggested. Today, without surprise, our technician Nima provided excellent seasonal service and he was very polished and professional. We recommend this company!

We recently got a great deal on a new central air unit through COSTCO. Knowing that they rigorously screen their contractors, I felt comfortable with their relationship with Cool Air Mechanical and their Lennox equipment. Their salesman Esli, the installers, and their technician Nima have all been very professional and their company's emphasis on customer service is obvious.

I would recommend them highly!
