1. He wore boot covers which is really appreciated. Most construction guys won't wear anything to cover their dirty shoes / boots.
2. He cleaned up the area after installation, including vacuuming.
3. He showed up a right on time and communicated via text before he showed up.
4. He mounted the TV to the exact height and showed me that the entire mount and TV was level.
I've had 2 other TV's wall mounted by other companies but this has been my best experience to date. His price was competitive as well.
