I am a local general contractor. I have used Sal and his team on occasion to augment my forces. Sal is a fair and ethical contractor. In reading some of the comments, I do believe the lower ratings are sour grapes and could not disagree with them more. I will be using Sal and his team every time the need arises.

Absolutely the worst. As well as mediocre work, their staff is rude, obnoxious and a pain to deal with. Save yourself tlots of trouble and avoid them!

Do not bother calling these folks. They PROMISE a guaranteed 48 hr call back time. What a load of lies. We called twice and got no reply. Glad to know they have such high business ethics.

We had C.C. do some work for us once in early 2017 without any huge hiccups, his electrician drilled some needless holes in my shed when he ran electricity in there, not a big deal but recently we had him back out to provide us with an estimate on a small new job and we never heard back from him after he looked at our job. He literally ghosted us, no follow up call or text. He came out and looked at our new job and said he would call or text us an estimate on Monday. That was a month and a half ago and we still haven't heard back from him. This guy is probably too busy for your job too ...

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Construction Concierge. After Sal Rodriguez and his crew remodeled my home I had them build a deck in my backyard - All I can say is it's amazing! They completed the job on time and within my budget. Thank you to Sal and his guys!

Just a heads up to anyone planning to use Construction Concierge. Stay on it in, don't just assume things are being done the right way . After all my issues I finally filed a complaint with Contractor License Board upon a little investigating on their part low and behold Sal never filed permits for the work done at my property. Had he done the right thing an inspection would have been done on plumbing and plumbing issues would have been caught before wall was sealed. I took his word for it when Sal assured me everything was good and up to code my mistake. To top it all off per the Contractor State License Board Sal is to make all repairs and reimburse me for any out of pocket expenses I acquired due to plumbing issue. Just tried to cash the $1389.77 check he wrote me and was told by bank they couldn't cash it due to insufficient funds.

We recently had some electrical work done by Sal and his crew. We had lighting fixtures installed in two rooms and the work was very well done. From the initial estimate appointment to the completion of the work, Sal was punctual, professional and knowledgable. Sal and his crew were methodical in their work and Sal was careful to oversee the work of the employees. The lighting is lovely. I would recommend Sal for his expertise in electrical work. We met Sal and his crew when he was working on my daughter's and son in laws new home. We were very impressed with Sal's manner and the work that he and his crew did there.
We needed some work done on our own home, which is down the street from my daughter's home. We had him install and replace a variety of light fixtures and new electrical outlets and switches.
Sal is very polite and very professional. He gave a complete estimate and detailed worksheet of what his crew would do and how long it would take.
Sal and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Sal supervises his employees and makes sure everything is done properly. All of his workers were equally professional and competent. I know that this is not a big deal but I was also impressed that Sal and his crew looked very professional, neat and dressed appropriately for the job. In the past, I have had work done by other companies and some of the workers that showed up looked very ""rough around the edges"" and I was concerned whether they could be trusted.
I had no such concerns with Construction Concierge. I felt very comfortable with Sal and his crew in my home. They were all very polite and friendly. Their 2 work Vans even looked great! Neat, tidy, well stocked and everything was in its proper place.
I was also impressed with the quality of the actual work completed and how they cleaned up completely when they were done with each area. At the end of the job Sal took the time to go over every aspect of the job so we knew exactly what they did and how everything worked.
Overall, I was highly satisfied with Construction Concierge, Inc. Their prices were fair. I would highly recommend this company. I know I will use them again in the future.
