Got jammed up needing to get some GFI outlets installed before a closing date on a house. These guys were terrific. Was able to get to us quickly, and did the work in a professional and timely manner. Its not often that you say that an electrical company is one of your favorites, but Connors is (and no, I don't know them, and they are not my friends or relatives). Great choice for electrical work.

They sent out Nick within 24 hours of contacting the company. He identified the problem and the source of the problem almost immediately. In less than two hours he had everything fixed and back up and running. Very nice guy. Will call and use them again when and if needed.

Had a simple outage. The Connor's team returned my call and scheduled a visit right away. The electrician saw the fix immediately, and explained everything with clarity and kindness. I will call on Connor's for future electrical needs. Recommended!

Called last week to inquire about having a whole home surge protector installed on my electrical box. They informed me that there were several ways to do this and I could call FPL to have one installed that I would need to pay a reasonable monthly fee. I said I would prefer to buy it and just have it installed but I appreciated them telling me about this option. They asked a few questions, gave me a quote over the phone, and said they would order what I needed. They made an appointment to install it. Installed this morning. Electrician was on time and service was prompt. Their quote was reasonable. It was a fifteen minute job.
I had called another service concerning installing this. They said they had to come out to look and charged a $19.95 fee to do this. Then gave me a quote that was $1000 higher than Connor's. Yes-you read that right. I paid the $19.95 fee and told the electrician I would get another quote because their pricing was unreasonable. He says, ""well, I don't set the prices"".
I also told Connor's that I wanted another electrical plug installed. They said to talk with the electrician because he would need to see where I wanted it. Showed him today and he explained what it would take to put it where I wanted. I decided against it but appreciated him explaining the job so I could make an informed decision.
