Had appointment today at 10:00. No one showed up, so I called. Owner said he lost my number & couldn'd make it today. Then he hung up on me! Not a good way to conduct busines!

Had Derek come out and give an estimate on some work, and set up an appointment with him to complete it. When he didn't show up at the scheduled time, I called the owner Tony. Tony informed me that he needed
Derek to help him with the job that day. He acknowledged that I wasn't called to reschedule, and when I told him that I took time off of work to be there for the appointment that day, he only offered to look at his schedule when he got back to the office to set up another appointment. No offer to still come and complete the work, even if it was after business hours. When I advised him that I would just call someone else, he simply said ""Tf thats what you want to do, ok"". He made no attempt to retain me as a satisfied customer. I guess he's got enough business that he can afford a bad review, so I am happy to oblige.

I have been using Connor Electric for jobs big and small since the early nineties. Tony has always been fair and above all honest. He and Derek are very reliable and do some of the neatest work out there. I recently bought a new building with a Zinsco panel that needed replacing, I sent tony a picture because he was busy and couldn't come see it right away and I wanted to get it done so I could bind an insurance policy. He gave me a date and time and showed up as promised and got the job done in half a day. I have never been disappointed and have never received a complaint from the hundreds of customers that I have referred him to over the past 27 years.
Thank you Tony and Derek for the past great service and I look forward to many more years.

Not a good company with first impressions the most! I ask for them to come out and give me a estimate on my electric, LOL well here is how it went the own Anthony calls me has me take pictures gives me a estimate roguhly on the phone says about 2-3 grand! From pictures mind ya, and well they are so...... busy as soon as they can they will come out and give me a physical! Okay, so thinking no one's gonna show? One day i get a call from his partner Derek, who informs me i am on his schedule today, he gave a me a time he was coming out like 3 i believe, so then he called a bit after and said he had a cancellation and if he could come sooner? I said sure..well he comes out, looks around does not take cover off panel just looks around and well was summing up my order and estimate by eye! LMAO wtf??? see i need electric redone and i have aluminum, so he was like whoa this is not going to be cheap due to the repairs needed, i asked him to give me a ball park figure highest, well i needed to be sitting he said your looking at $10, 000 for the job, but would not give me a floor price lowest? i about died, so he said ok i'm walk out side be right back, and then i will go home tonight and figure it out and give you a written price, ""Don't worry we will take care of you""! He goes outside, i have camera's all over my home, he walks to my house rear where my electrical meter is shaking his head he walks around and proceeds to leave, nothing more said to me, and to this day no Estimate! They did not climb in to see how my electric is done in the attic, nor did they remove my electrical box, they gave me one by phone estimate off the top of his head the owner did Anthony..wow, they his partner give me like a whole house new rewire price off his head! My thoughts is they gave me some half butt price cause they did not want to fool with it, and i say all you needed to do was tell me you cannot do this job! This company brags on their site to take care of locals like family! i call BS... The nerve of a so called respected company, pictures by phone to give a estimate? they finally someone comes out, and he mumbles so outrageous price off his head, and then rudely leaves no i'm leaving i'm not doing your job, they all i right this today he never ever contacted me back. LOL Do not recommend them this is a song and dance, dog and pony show! i'd be embarrassed to even be in business if this is how they do business, my money, my business was not good enough i guess! so sad, please be very careful when dealing with this outfit, phone estimates and no responses is all you will get !
