Instead of playing phone tag, then coming out and then setting a far flung date, he was On point with his timeline.
He showed up on the day he said he would and he delivered every single item I requested. The way my house was designed, lets just say they did a lot of things right and a couple of things wrong. Billy was creative in his solutions and literally explained everything in easy to understand language.

Billy is fantastic! Hired him to install a huge light with several individual pendant lights which was noted in every review to be incredibly difficult to install. Billy made it look easy, then knocked out an additional light replacement as well. A highly recommend Billy. He responds to all messages and does what he says he is going to do.

The great thing about Connected Electric is owner Billy Wilson. He is personable, helpful and professional. He's also a great electrician! Billy was brought in by a contractor to do the wiring on our bathroom remodel. Since then he has rewired and reconfigured the lighting in our bonus room, kitchen, and den; he's also installed a lot of outdoor lighting including motion sensors. Billy is easy to contact, responds quickly to calls or texts, and shows up when he's scheduled. All of his estimates have been accurate and he often has great suggestions.
